I just found out that this company has been fraudulently charging me $64.99 for 18 months. When I tried to contact them to get it refunded, they refuse to answer me. We started an application with this company and then they denied us. They said it was because of CBD we sell. When they charged my account, their designation is almost identical to my actual processor so I didn't catch it for months. They owe me over $1000!! RUN away!!!
After I left this review they called me. Not to refund my money but to get me to not claim that it was fraud because they opened for accounts and denied me but did not close them all. Because apparently it's our job to know what they're doing in their computer system.
Still nothing about actually refunding any money
After I left my review and they replied they have tried contacting me, I had to edit this. That's a LIE. Not only that, when I try to call someone, I get the runaround. Someone texted me, I replied with proof and then nothing. Then they tried to blame me. Even though I didn't process a single dime on their system, its my fault that I didn't know what they did and didn't close. Because when they sent me a denial, it was then my job to make sure they did their job on their end. lol What a crock. No personal responsibility.
So I just called customer service AGAIN and was told sorry ma'am I'm just an operator. I don't know what to do about this. lol

Be aware this is not a transparent company, they have hidden fees. They charge you more than they quote you. If possible stay away from this company. It’s been a nightmare doing business with them. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have been trying to close my account with them for a year and they choose not to respond to emails, calls etc.

Very personable and patient with me. I am rebranding my business and doing a new start up, I wanted to have a different card processing company. It has been taking a while for me to get through the process and I had to wait longer to start my new location than anticipated. They called to check on my status but didn’t become harassing or just pushing file aside either. I also like that I have had the same person helping me and will continue to be available to contact going forward.

🚨 Business Owners Beware: Slice Merchant Services 🚨
If you’re considering Slice Merchant Services, think twice! As someone who worked for them, I quickly realized their business model is built on deception and high-pressure sales tactics that hurt both customers and employees.
48-Month Lease Traps – They push customers into long-term lease agreements, even when they could reuse existing equipment (not Clover Equipment though)—but they won’t tell you that. Instead, they falsely claim new equipment is the only option and want to put you in a 48-month lease for $49.99 a month. And that's for equipment that cost $700. Other companies will let you pay out the $700 in 3 payments.
Shady Sales Practices – They train sales reps to generate leads but then go behind their backs to pressure potential customers into signing contracts. I personally experienced this and felt like I was being used for free lead generation
Lack of Transparency – Instead of giving honest options, they strong-arm small business owners into unnecessary, overpriced contracts.
I only made one sale because I couldn’t sell something I didn’t believe in. But what truly makes me feel ashamed is that, in the beginning, I tried to sign up friends and local small businesses I frequent multiple times a week. I genuinely thought I was helping them—thankfully, they didn’t sign up. Looking back, I realize I didn’t know any better at the time, but I’m so grateful they avoided this trap.
Business owners, do your research before signing anything. There are far better merchant service providers out there!

I changed my old merchant service to Slice last November 2024.
First, I am saving $500-$600 a month which I used to pay on previous merchant service.
Second, I am getting almost instance customer service/no phone tagging or holding forever to get a customer service.
Lastly, brand new top class equipment and free supply of receipt.
What more can I say.
