I contacted Mark with an idea for a corner tortoise table. I gave the measurements I needed and after a phone call and a discussion Mark said this was achievable. Mark asked for measurements of my tortoise to ensure she was able to get into the hide hole compartment. Overall a fantastic company and Mark ensures he stays in touch through out the build. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tha k you!!

I could not recommend Mark at Starskys Hutches and Garden Arches enough! We had been searching for a tortoise house for a long time but struggled to find one that was both reasonably priced and the right size. When I contacted Mark, he was very accommodating and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. His communication was excellent throughout the process and the custom-made tortoise house was of outstanding quality, built to our specifications, and really good value for money. Mark even delivered the item and assembled it himself. We love our new tortoise house (the tortoise loves it even more!) I highly recommend Mark’s work!

Contacted mark through eBay on Christmas Day about a custom built cage for two little dogs for the van not expecting a reply but he did and we soon made an order. We was kept up to date throughout. We collected today and was met in a warm and friendly manner would highly recommend

Got a cage made a few months ago, the man was super pleasant to deal with and the cage is amazing. I stained it a little darker to match my room, going to attach a little curtain to it soon. Deffo recommend!

What can I say about this company. Absolutely fantastic comes to mind. I contacted mark on friday 27th December due to my dog being diagnosed with the heartbreaking condition ME. We was told only thing that would help was having to feed him from something that would allow gravity to help food and water get to he’s stomach. A Bailey chair was what we needed and we needed asap as we are being given a timescale to help improve my dogs condition. Mark contacted me back and we spoke on the phone. He was so lovely,understanding and went above and beyond for our family. Mark said he would have the chair ready by the next day and would deliver it himself. By 2pm the next day the Bailey chair was with us in less than 24 hours of contacting we had hope we can improve our dogs life. I can’t thank mark enough for helping us. Thank you so so much

Our dog was diagnosed with MEGA- E, we found Mark who makes the Bailey chairs for the condition, he replied straight away, and the chair was made and sent to our door within 48 hours, amazing service and what a lovely lad!
