Great customer service
Great customer service. Customer service agent was friendly and very helpful. It took a few minutes but she solved my issue and taught me how to handle the issue in the future and left the door open to call back.

Justin did an excellent job, he was punctual and professional. Justin fixed our issue very quickly (replaced faulty modem power cable) and offered to answer any questions we may have. 5 stars!

Great service!
Justin was on time and very professional. He even asked if I’d like him to remove his shoes which I greatly appreciated! He took care of the installation in a timely manner and our internet is working great now.

Christian is helpful
Christian showed up at the beginning of the window. He knew what he was doing and correctly identified the problem with my router. He left the router with me for temporary use and I was able to fix the issue on my own once he identified the issue.
