Excellent Customer Service by Manager & Team
The manager, Johnny, was incredible to work with. I shared exactly what I was looking for, and he was able to accommodate everything within 24 hours. He was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
The installation by his team—especially Wilmer—was just as impressive. He was efficient, personable, and very professional, which made the whole experience seamless.
I had also ordered AT&T WiFi to compare, but honestly, the level of customer service alone would steer me toward choosing Starry.

Zac was awesome
Zac was awesome. Even though i have been a customer for 8 months, he took the time to find us the best rate and quickly changed us over. These are the types of things that keep consumers loyal, whereas it seems nearly every other company is trying to milk their customers for every blood-soaked penny at cost of consumer confidence. As for the service, it is always at or above the advertised speeds to the modem and there havent been any outages that i can remember.
Great job Zac, and Starry.

Had such a great install experience with Starry. Luis was extremely professional, efficient, and personable throughout the process. The internet was up right away and he provided all the info I needed to feel confident moving forward. Such amazing service!

We had an exceptional experience
We had an exceptional experience with the installation process. The gentleman came on time, he was very polite and knowledgeable, set up everything quickly and was even polite enough to take off his shoes before entering the house. We had a very positive experience.
