Christian was very helpful, quick and respectful. By far the best service I've received since joining starry years ago. I appreciate the sense of urgency to helping me with my wifi problem in less than 24hrs on the weekend.

Blazing FAST internet at a Incredibly REASONABLE price!
I've had Starry internet for around 2 years now and rarely if ever have a problem. Today I needed some help from Customer Service, and fortunately Chelsea H. was there to answer my call. She expertly helped me out and gave me the exact information I needed in less than 5 minutes. I was then up and running on Wi-Fi and was able to update my phone with the latest software, and get my TVs working. Kudos to Starry internet and Chelsea H.! Well done!
