Great product, quick delivery

Bought their lion's man's gummies and found them extremely sweet looked on the ingredients and the 1st 6 are different types of sweetners. But the also use them in a lot of their supplements not good....

Appalling customer service.

Royal Mail show that my parcel was misdelivered to a street almost a quarter of a mile away from my home on a day that I was home all day. Allegedly a slip was put in my mailbox but this wasn’t the case. Royal Mail tracking names the street it was delivered to. The photo provided is a blurry photo of about 10 different parcels.

Starpowa insist that they recognise one of the parcels as their parcel despite no logo being clear on the front. They also insist that gps data that they refuse to share with me shows it delivered to my home address, which is on a different street to the one named in the delivery detail.

The parcel was allegedly delivered to the post room of a different block of flats but I have checked with them and they said they have not received it and do not have it, and would not have given it to another resident due to checking addresses with ID cards before releasing mail. It was certainly not delivered to the post room for my block due to it not being open yet.

The process of trying to get your hard earned money back is like banging your head against a brick wall, with customer service staff blatantly lying despite the Royal Mail website stating the road name the parcel was delivered to not being the road I live on. They also insist on an actual signature to process a claims form which you can’t do unless you have an iPad, and they don’t send it via a website you can’t do it on a touchscreen with, they send it as a word document.

I’ve used these gummies in the past and the product itself has low % of your RDA, and arrive as one clump of melted together gummy so you need to peel and pry individual gummies out which is frustrating and spreads germs. But much worse than the product is the customer service who are clearly motivated to keep your money when there are delivery issues rather than try and resolve your problem.

Luckily I paid by Amex who have opened an investigation and I’ve provided the black and white evidence that royal mail have stated the delivery address is on a road different to the one I live on and had on my account.

These have 0 collagen in them and are just vitamin supplements with hyaluronic acid.

Easy and pleasant to take, unlike post collagen supplements I have tried, where you have to incorporate into food or make into a drink. Also as a gummy they are so easy to take along when on your travels.

Tried these for a few nights. Absolutely no effect, didn't help me sleep or stop me having restless nights. Waste of money

The Collagen Gummies are so yummy and easy to take ! I actually look forward to having my Starpowa Gummies every day as they taste sooo good! I have noticed that the lines around my eyes have faded and skin much brighter. Love, love , love!!

I have been taking the Hair, Skin and Nail gummies for around 5 weeks now. Unfortunately I have not noticed any improvement whatsoever. On top of that they are so sweet I am struggling to consume them.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference, and the price feels too high.

Have been using the hair skin and nail meno balance and the snooze gummies for some time now and can honestly say therese are the best I have ever used my hair and sun have definitely improved I am sleeping better and have seen a difference since using the neon balance if you are thinking of trying starpowa products dont hesitate customer service is also fantastic and extremely helpful

This is my second order of the skin hair and nails gummies both times have been very quick delivery it’s still early days as I’m still only on my first month of the product but my nails are harder already as they were soft before I started taking the gummies
