I purchased a dress for my daughter. my item had been delivered more longer than usual term due to royal mail strike. Amazing Starlight Team always chased it and updated me about it. They have awesome customer service team. Also, the dress wrapped very well and packed in nice and secure. Thank you so much.

Hi Alison, thanks for your order which was received at 14.24 on Sunday 4th December and was packed and had a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery label attached by 16.09 and this was a delay because no house number was input on your order so we had to email you (as no phone number included) to confirm your house number - confusingly you emailed us two different numbers - but finally you confirmed the correct address.
It would then have either been collected by Royal Mail on Monday 5th or dropped off at the local sorting office as Royal Mail staff have been on strike. Once it is with Royal Mail we have no control over what happens to it and we only have access to the same tracking information as you do - we too can see Royal Mail's message which says "Sorry, your item went to Doncaster DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network"
It is very harsh to leave us a 1* review for something that is clearly out of our control and nothing to do with us. Please consider the impact it has on a family business where your opinion can cause others to have a negative view of our business when it was an issue with the postal service.
We hope your parcel arrives soon but please note Royal Mail staff are on strike today as well as several days next week.

Abdomen Pelvic Scan
Laura and Ben were very caring & went above and beyond to answer all my questions before, during and after my scan, providing me with a 5* experience. My appointment was on time and conducted in a calm, clean, comfortable room, with each stage of my scan explained to me in detail. It was amazing to see an image of my internal organs on a monitor and hear they are the right size/shape and then a few hours later receive a scan result report with GP recommendations. I can highly recommend Starlight to anyone thinking of booking a scan.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. I was there yesterday for my 13 week gender scan as it’s my first baby I was so nervous to go. As soon as I walked in they were so polite and welcoming. Waited no longer than 5 minutes to go in to my ultrasound. The woman made me feel amazing and told me I was having a little boy. Thankyou so much for this experience it was truly amazing.
