Every time I see Sylvia I always feel so much better, stable and lighter.

I had a lovely experience with Silvia, she is professional and a good guide. Her office is nice and easy to access.
My treatment was peaceful and i had some interesting responses both physically and from Silvia.
I appreciated her checking in a week later and would visit again

I visited Silvia for my first reiki session, as I had experienced work-related stress/anxiety and burn-out. I have been working with a range of practices to restore wellbeing, and felt that reiki might help with this... and I was right 😊

Silvia explained the process clearly and clearly intuited my needs. The treatment itself was calming and a delightful experience; the post-treatment chat showed me that Silvia had felt things from me during the session, and she explained what I would be likely to experience following the session.

I didn't experience any side effects (although I did go home and nap!)... that evening, I felt a renewed sense of energy and positivity; the following day I felt 'cleansed' and since then (a week ago) I have felt positive, in touch with myself, and I haven't felt that I have had anything to journal about anxiety since!

I have made a second appointment as I am interested to develop the positive effects that reiki has already had on me 😊.

Sylvia is a lovely reiki practitioner and she made me feel so at ease and calm. She has such a gentleness and serenity to her it’s honestly so relaxing. My session with her was so blissful and relaxing I didn’t feel like getting up after my session with her. I felt like a weight had been lifted off me and actually didn’t feel bad at all afterwards. I know they say after a reiki session your body will go through a detox and you may feel some symptoms. Apart from feeling tired and a slight headache I was fine. Sylvia was in contact afterwards to provide aftercare and checkin on me if I needed her help. I probably will be booking another session, but she advised I’ll know intuitively when’s the right time to go see her again. Highly recommend Sylvia if anyone is thinking of having a reiki session go see her!

This was completely new to me, but it is an experience I would highly recommend. I felt so comfortable from the beginning and the follow up message a few days later demonstrated real care.
I would advise anyone to try it, the feelings of calmness and relaxation afterwards were surreal.

I have had Reiki twice with Silvia and can honestly say that it was an incredible experience and one that I would strongly recommend.
Silvia has a great natural ability as a healer. As I lay down, Silvia began moving her hands just above various parts of my body. The heat radiating from my head was so intense (pleasantly) that it felt like I was laying on a heated couch. I felt other various symptoms throughout the treatment and understand this was due to unblocking and working on the energy flow through my 7 Chakras. The treatment has left me well balanced, calmer and in a really positive happy place. I would strongly recommend Silvia and will be going back for more treatment and learning😊.

I have never done anything like reiki. However, when after a traumatic loss nothing more medically conventional seemed to help me cope better, I thought to take a chance on something different. I am very glad I did.

Ever since our session, I feel like a weight has been lifted, and it definitely has been a turning point for me in terms of my wellbeing.

At first i did not know what Reiki was but knew parts of it. Silvia told me what would happen and asked for my permission. During Reiki i felt happy at first but then became sleepy. After Reiki i felt calm and that many problems have come of my shoulders. I would recommend Reiki to anyone who wants to feel calmer and happier. After the session she gave me three crystals to look after and keep. Overall i felt better when doing Reiki and would definitely like to do it again.

During my separation I was quite stressed and decided to try reiki for the first time. Silvia explained well how reiki works and I felt comfortable. I managed to relax my body and mind so much that when she finished it felt like I've just woke up fresh, like the 6 hours shift I worked on my feet that day never happened. It made me feel renewed and I had this need to change things around the house that definitely did a massive improvement on my mood and even how I deal with my stress. Thank you Silvia for your brilliant work!
