First order it kept saying card didn't go through so tried a few times, then found out they charged FOUR times and said it would take 10 days to get it back. Second order, said it didn't go through, did not try again. He called and they DID charge but said they did not see an order Something very fishy about this bunch and their customer service line is always busy.

They partner with Blanbutton these people are scammers. They won’t refund my money after they scammed me. False advertising and fraud they are advertising name brands but do not have those name brands they send you junk.
Read the Blanbutton reviews they are scamming everyone.they need to be stopped

Although I have liked most all products I have ordered in the past, I just realized they have been charging a monthly fee for the last 3 months for VIP rewards program. I never authorized this and have never even heard of this program. Very disappointed with Starcrest

no problem with order filling/promptness of delivery. Had problems with three of 6 items in order. 1- under cabinet light set-sticky tape too thin. had to add tape to get thick enough to stick. 2-plastic gloves really cheap - shapeless fingers hard to grasp items. 3-wireless doorbell had broken spring in battery case and could not insert one battery (3 needed) useless item. could not use. Product quality very poor.

I order frequently from this company. Quick service, always understanding when your purchase is not to your liking. Very understanding people, and they seem to appreciate their customers.

I received what I ordered in a timely manner.

I received almost everything I ordered. I received a refund for the out of stock item. Shipping took longer than I expected, but it wasn't too bad.

I used to order alot through Starcrest. I'd mail my orders in This last time I ordered online and I was shocked and disappointed that I was signed on to some kind of subscription that began debiting my account I called & canceled it. I will never order online through this company again I'm might consider mailing in orders in the future not sure yet

Items are useful and reasonably priced.

Ordered 3 items - one was wrong order
One didn;t work, plus replacement file
One was not what I ordered
When trying to return went on line to grt mailing labell with no success after several attempts by phone
Had to pay postage of over $13 to return item!
