very scammer kind experience they’ll take your money and your laptop hostage and wont send u until u beg them.

Never Buy from the here . These are scammers selling broken laptops I ordered 2 laptops and they were broken and now they are not cooperating and took the payment for both laptops. Avoid Start City Pk, go buy from your local laptop market.

There was a problem with the product,seller called and promised to take care of it immediately. Will update review further when issue is resolved.my issue was resolved,special thanks To Mr Talha,Acer chromebook received in almost perfect condition.

I bought two Chromebooks from Starcity.pk Over all experience is good. They are responsive and try resolve the problems. Their rates are very good.

Starcity.pk are frauds. I ordered Google Pixel (Official PTA) in white colour box pack. I received the order after long delay. Before making the payment I opened the parcel and found out that they send me the Non PTA, damaged open box, black colour with visible signs of used product. When i tried calling them they were not responding initially as they already knew they are committing fraud. I made the video of the parcel and the courier guy. I returned the parcel. I send the video to them and asked them to return my advance payment. They didnt know i was recording the call. Rather accepting the mistake they said why did i open the parcel and they will not return the advance payment and that is their policy. When i told them i have recorded the call and i will sue them, their behaviour changed like any other fraudster and criminal. Soon i will share the video and recorded call with the pakistani people so that they know what starcity.pk and online order frauds are like.

I ordered Chromebook, and they sent me Chromebook with screen bubble Chromebook rather than a clean Chromebook. also it was not even turning on where as sticker of OK was on the screen. thanks to TCS guy who let me check it before paying it didn't turned on even attaching charger, DONOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS.

Very very very bad service. Rather worst than worst service. They take order they receive part advance payment but they dont send parcel even after 3 weeks and you call them but they don't pick calls. Even when parcel reached, there are damaged pieces not in working state. Such companies should be sealed and govt should take their license back so that they won't do FRAUD with customers

Bought laptop from them. It was acer c740 chromebook. The delivery was fast and prompt. Have some minor scratches but it’s acceptable because its refurbished. Over all good experience

These people are frauds I ordered a mobile phone from them, and they sent it in a very poor condition. The mobile's speaker is not working either. I've been messaging them for three days, but they are not responding properly. Don't order anything from them. They might be scammers. On Facebook, those who upload screenshots of their orders are probably fake because I don't see any comments or they hide them. It was a mistake ordering from them.

Pathetic experience, worst customer service and over priced for used stuff.

The fake company with fake products no refund policy and if you contact them they not respond first if they responds they say to come at our place in Karachi. For delivery they send anywhere in pakistan but for refund they ask the customer to reach at there shops. Its not a e-commerce company its a bunch of thugs so pls not buy from them any thing.

I ordered a ChomeBook online and then approached by a girl on WhatsApp, she asked to make a payment of RS1000/- in advance.
After a few minutes someone else with same starcity.pk profile sent me a message and asking to make payment.
It was a red flag and thank God it saved me. I just checked their rating here and I believe I'm lucky for not purchasing things from them.

Bad experience.. Forward faulty chromebook.. Dont waste money on online purchasing... 1st check then buy... Dont trust on videos, could be made by anyone. Thanks
