Easy to complete and well managed posting information

This was the third star registration I bought with this company, all were for my grandchildren.
I have previously been very happy with the service but this time I'm seriously out of pocket and pretty ticked off.
Having placed my order I immediately received a confirmation email with a link to click on if there was anything I needed to change - very prompt reply.
There was a letter missing from the surname so I clicked on the link straight away to put it right.
The alteration wouldn't go so I talked to the online chat man who told me the order had already shipped and it consequently cost me a further £20 (!!) to have another certificate sent with the correct spelling! They both arrived in the same post so I didn't need to pay the £5 postage for the amended one.
I do not believe that they could have printed and shipped my order in the space of 10 minutes.
Not happy. Feeling slightly ripped off.

i was very impressed with the star naming for my grandson which hes having for easter as hes not a lover of chocolate but loves anything to do with stars ect id order from you again in the future

I named binary stars for my daughter she lost her dad a few years ago and I got these on his birthday to help her and her face just lit up she loves that she can look and know her and her dad are together the service was first class and everything arrived as it should so thank you for making a child’s pain ease

I have to admit that I was sceptical about this. Wow was I wrong. The whole package came through in a couple of days with proper star charts of how to find your star and was presented really well. Lovely present to give someone and just that little bit different. Very impressed.

Certificate pack arrived promptly and looked professional; made a pretty looking gift for my partner (valentine present). Would recommend as an unusual / thoughtful gift.
