I have ordered two stars from this company for two very important guys in my life - my grandson and my dad.
With My grandsons, I ordered on Black Friday and I didn’t fully understand the selling of the deal and I paid full price instead of half. It took two attempts to rectify my error but, I am still waiting payment -even though it states a full refund if your not happy. But I do believe the second member of staff and I hope I see a return In my bank account soon.
I proceeded to go ahead with the second gift for my dad.
My grandsons gift has arrived and I am very happy with the frame and the total package.
My fathers hasn’t arrived yet, two days have passed since my grandsons arrived and I ordered within an hour of each other.
I am worried in two areas but I do have faith.
Once I get the other gift and the cash return, I would definitely shout positive praises about this company.

I wanted to get a star named for my goddaughter who has shown more than a passing interest in astronomy. This was the perfect gift for her.
The process was straight-forward and went without a hitch.
The documents are downloadable or you can choose a small gift to go with the certificates and they will send it all via post. If you go this route the certificates are laminated which looks great.
Everything came within a week of ordering.
Very happy.

My star registration arrived within 3 working days. Beautifully presented with a very clear map as to where my gift of a star is situated. I was amazed to find the star right above our house! What a great service and wonderful gift. The only trouble I had was deciding what to have printed on the certificate. Would definitely recommend.

It would be better to have a company letter enclosed with your purchace explaining who you are and what is enclosed. Just a thought. Very happy with your service. Hope this helps.
