I completed the initial enquiry form on their website, which was pretty basic & later got an email back saying based on the information I had provided, they were unable to help.
Bit surprised by this, as I hadn't provided any details about our potential claim.
Gor the feeling they simply couldn't be bothered to establish the facts before coming to a decision.

We screen all enquiries with 4 basic questions to establish if there is a possibility for you to make a claim. Unfortunately your property did not meet the minimum threshold value needed to be able to reduce the Stamp Duty originally paid.
For this reason we did not take your enquiry further as we would not want to waste your time.
Why you feel this deserves a 1 star review seems a little unfair, and we ask that you please review your decision to award as a 1 star for simply doing our job well. The SDR Team
