Terrible. I've been forced to write this review as Stainless Green have refused to give us a refund on our end of tenancy clean.

The clean was awful and saw us billed for a full additional clean by the landlord. They claim they clean windows, cabinets and fridges - none of these were cleaned even though our flat was unfurnished and easy to clean. They returned for a 2nd clean but did not bring any equipment. The floor, windows, dusting and bathroom were still not clean. When asked if he'd done a full tenancy clean the cleaner said he didn't know what this was.

Avoid - terrible service on which I plan to review widely to stop others from having the same experience.
