Do not use, invest the funds elsewhere. Whatever you agree with the sales person will not be reflected within your contract. If you don't 'opt out' within the FIRST 6 months of your contract, you are then stuck and auto-renew for a 2nd year, even if you were promised you could leave at the END of year 1 as our firm was. Your sales rep will then play dumb and will act as if they are blind and like you don't exist when copying them into emails with the 'renewals team' despite actively targeting the individual to answer your questions.

In addition to this, the team won't acknowledge your concerns when you highlight you've been potentially mis-sold. Literally, do not bat an eye-lid. Likewise, when you ask for complaints team, management or directors contact information, you are quickly refused and told no, you can only deal with this one person in the renewal dept... I've never experienced such a shocking process.

Keeping in mind on companies house the firm was incorporated in 2021, they've got reviews from years prior to this on here... read into that what you will.

I'm now trapped with this firm for another 12 months thanks to my sales rep not having the backbone to hold his hands up and admit he mis-sold or misrepresented the deal. As such, I will spend the next 12 months actively promoting YOU to avoid at all costs.

DO NOT ADVERTISE with them. We have received absolutely nothing from working with them. NOTHING. They advised that they had a vast amount of people on an NHS database, which was manipulated. Those people do not see your offer unless they click through, whereas I was led to believe our offer would be directly sent through to them via email. Be warned, this is a farce and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It was quite tricky to register with my nhs mail and they did help me alot. I also managed to snag the prize money and is very grateful for that.

Online Marketing Services Ltd runs the website STAFFBENEFITS ending CO and UK. They also trade as OMS ONLINE MARKETING SERVICES. We think their renewal terms and contract is unusual, with strange termination clauses and costly rollovers. An example as in our situation; you have to GIVE NOTICE AT THE BEGINNING, in year 1, otherwise you are stuck in a 4 year contract. Giving notice is also quite restrictive. The only way is by FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR AND KEEP A POST OFFICE RECEIPT. So if you usually get your mail franked or collected, no good, you need to go queue at a Post Office to get the receipt.

We derived no real benefit having spent around £1,700 for a 2 year contract, although we did not use the service thoroughly, in all fairness by not updating offer. But saying that, the link to our website had ONE SINGLE VISIT IN 2 YEARS, according to Google Analytics, probably us testing it!

The salesman gave a great sales pitch, as they tend to do, about access to NHS staff and intranets so we signed, however the terms were so small it was hard to read (6pt, about 1.5mm high). Those terms contain, what we regard as, the harshest renewal and rollover terms we have seen, and the termination notice period is the first we have ever come across like it.

Notice to terminate is needed to be given at the BEGINNING HALF! Failure to give notice correctly, does not result in just a 30, 60, 90 or 365 days rollover – but for us, 2 YEARS EXTRA, i.e the whole contract again. Another £1700 spent.

The contract also states, paraphrased so-to-speak (we don’t want to infringe their copyright) Advert will appear on their website and promoted to NHS Trusts, the Trusts decide whether they purchase and may not link or use this company. The agreement is to the exclusion of all other written or verbal representations. In other words, the salesman may say stuff that is not accurate, or within the policies or contract, and they are not legally oblidged to deliver on it. THE ADVERT MAY NOT BE SHOWN TO LOCAL NHS TRUST STAFF.

As far as we know, now, this website does not have an exclusive with NHS trusts. The NHS staff may well be presented with lots of discount websites, of which this may be only one.

There are A FAIR FEW NEGATIVE ADVERTISER REVIEWS ABOUT THE WEBSITE ON TRUSTPILOT AND GOOGLE, but hard to spot under all the consumer reviews which are mostly positive.

IN OUR OPINION, B2B ADVERTISERS AND BUSINESSES SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY or at the very least be aware of what you are actually signing up to. This experience has made us feel devastated and taken in by what we consider as immoral restrictive business practices.
