Been waiting for this reply! More of your excuses! You were quick enough argue back and fourth with me for a full day but the week prior you ignored me for 7 full days loll!! So what if i sent you 8 emails? You forget to mention 6 of the 8 emails were polite. The other 2 were FAR from abuse!! Also I wouldn’t have had to had email you 8 times if you refunded me or sent these out like you said you’d do on 3 separate occasions, what was the excuse then? I have received the refund from BANK I’m yet to receive the refund from yourself. Regardless if you’re stating the refund has been processed I ordered these on the 29th of MARCH so it’s simply not good enough!!! The sliders are advertised on your website as £150 and a 10 day delivery date haha, hence why I stated £150! Constant threats over police over something I HADNT been advised on! As there was nothing to advise, you didn’t send the sliders nor did you process a refund so what was there to advise me on? You simply stated in your reply you didn’t respond for a week so how can I be advised on something but had no reply for over a week!!! The reviews are not abusing either otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to post these! In your opinion it’s abuse in my opinion it’s facts!!! in future don’t tell utter lies and take peoples money and you wouldn’t be in this situation! You first of all said the supplier had ‘missed’ my order, then you sent me 2 totally different sliders to pick from which I declined, you also said on 2 separate occasions the order would be sent out on monday but that was another lie of yours! Ordered 3 t shirts. Couple unfortunately out of stock but was given plenty of other options and chose another 2. All 3 arrived the next day. Couldn’t fault the service and the quality of the t shirts are superb

Ordered a pair of sneakers/ trainers just received today. There was a delay and I know it happens a lot not only with business all over. But again it’s an independent company so a bit of Grace goes away. It wasn’t my first choice at the beginning of purchase due to been sold out but can’t complain as they organised another option which was even more better than original choice more quality detailed trainer/sneakers. I ordered an item on 1st Feb and still hasn't arrived to date. No information from the vendor until I sent several emails pursuing my order. I was promised to wait for a while, then 21 days, and another 10 days. I got sent a tracking number with a status that Royal Mail hasn't received any item. The status hasn't changed after a week.
Another thing, the vendor updated the order is completed despite not delivering to date, almost three months later. I was hurt cos I ordered this item in Feb in advance for my birthday in April, imagine if I had all my eggs in one basket.
The vendor doesn't think I deserve a refund even when they've refused to deliver.
Updated on 20/05/2024: The order finally arrived after 3 months; the quality is okay.
NOTE TO THE VENDOR: Make a request for your money from Klarna, I do not have your money bcos I have no reason to hold on to the cash while I have the shoes.
Updated 22/05/2024: Like I reiterated in my email last week, your money is with Klarna, get your money from them. I DON'T HAVE YOUR MONEY.
I left a bad review because of the ridiculous service I experienced with you. Majority of the bad reviews here all seem similar to my unpleasant experience.
While i acknowledge the good quality of the order, I urge you to fix up the negative reviews people have left here.

Have used SSOnline many times over the past couple of years spending around £1000 in total. Items are always high quality and Phil is always helpful anytime I’ve had to drop him a message.

Have had a few issues with sizing in the past and even though they have a no refund policy, Phil is always on the case to help with an exchange and makes sure you are happy with your order.
