Ordered pair of trainers and hoody from SS online for new year, i want to say great response on my query and the quality of the products were mint . I would definitely order again . Top quality service 👍

Ordered an item on the 13.12.24 & then after chasing delivery was emailed on the 17.12.24 at 23:37 advising that they no longer had stock of the item & would have to refund me. Asked for my bank details in order to do so. I have chased them again on 2 different occassions as not received the refund & I am not receiving any response. I have also visited their website which seems to be continuously saying "Maintenance".

Ordered a pair of trainers yesterday and came today ! Excellent quality and fast response, will definitely be purchasing here again 💯

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers yesterday and they arrived at 9 am this morning. Super fast delivery and great prices. Looking forward to the new stock.

A proper shame. Has the potential to by a brilliant dupe retailer but let down massively by internal processes.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes which in fairness arrived quickly and the products were great quality- unfortunately they were too big so I retuned them the same day requested a size down

After a bit of back and forth over email, I received one pair back after around 4 weeks of waiting.

I’m emailed the company several times now, asking where the second pair is and I’m just being blanked now.

I was on the the brink of ordered around £600 worth of T shirts but wanted to wait to see how this situation played out and due to the lack of contact and how bad the service has been post ordering, I won’t be ordering anything ever again

How hard is it to put a pair of shoes in a bag that customer has paid for and send them back?

How hard is it to to reply to an email?

A small independent company with huge potential will cease to exist within the next several months and it’ll all be down to an owner trying to run before they could walk.

Spent money in insta advertisements but didn’t bother to put processes in place behind the scenes to cope with the extra demand

This company is terrible ordered trainers 8 weeks ago and was told these be 4 weeks then I chased and they said not in stock and would give a full refund sent my bank details been ignored for 2 weeks
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered with them on the 4th of August it's now the 12th of September nothing got my money tried to contact them numerous times and no response do not go near them not even got the curtsey to contact me a total waste of a company

Don't buy from them. They are scammers and time wasters. Rude customer service and liar. I wish i could share my chat experience with this platform. All i can advise is don't patronize them.

Service was quick & efficenf kept me updated & replied promptly.item received next day quality off trainers is excellent very happy with purchase and would recommend to friends & family
