After finding a broken binding strap on my snowboard two days before a ski holiday, I ordered the part with next day delivery. It was delivered as promised using DPD who give you a 1 hour delivery window. DPD are the best courier company.

I left on holiday knowing all was in order and I didn't have the worry of trying to find parts in the French Alps. Previously I needed to buy a whole new set of bindings as no parts were available.

Excellent product but unfortunately didn't fit. Rang to ask if they had different size and ask returns policy. Really friendly and helpful. Refund issued no problem.

Speedy delivery, and arrived in good condition. Boots are warm and comfy (without being too flexy) and perfect for my 8 hour shifts of teaching!

Although the wrong colour were originally delivered, SS20 despatched the correct colour for delivery next day and also provided a postage paid bag for me to return the wrong ones.

Firstly, a refund was issued without argument, although it was dissapointing to have to cancel the order.

The item I wanted was for a very last minute birthday gift that had to be posted. Placed my order and paid extra for express shipping, which I assumed would be Monday delivery. Then got a text to say the delivery would be on Tuesday (too late for me to post and it arrive on time). Phoned to query, their courier doesn't pick up on Saturdays. Left me with no choice but to cancel.

Needed new cap straps for an otherwise perfectly good pair of Burton Cartels. SS20 were the only place I could find in the UK that stocked these as spares. Ordering was simple and well integrated with PayPal - no messing about with website registrations they just used the details PayPal already held. Goods arrived promptly, were in mint condition and were well packed.
