This is a scam, please do not purchase from this site!! Three months on, still waiting. No response from the company, only an A.I. Bot! I would have given 0 stars however this isn't possible.

Took 19 days for my order to arrive. Never responded to any emails or enquires I sent and in the end sent an orange toy instead of the blue one I order. Stay away from this store. Very disappointing

Order never arrived after many weeks. Then they stopped responding to emails. Suspect is a scam company

Horrendous experience with SCAM business. They take your money immediately but don't send any product - there is zero mention on the website that they are out of stock. Two weeks after ordering I received an email to say orders were delayed but would be shipped within the next few days. Receievd nothing. Crickets. No further correspondence. Had to email and threaten to lodge a fraudulant transaction claim with my CC company to get a refund.
Meanwhile my son waited three months during this ordeal asking every day if his squishy had shipped.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam - nothing ever sent. Complained and a post label was created, but never sent

The is scam site. You dont receive the order and their excuse is that they are backlogged. I got a refund through my bank and reported to ACCC scamwatch.

SCAM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I Placed 2 orders back in the beginning of July and still have not received them and it’s the end of August. I have emailed multiple times, 3 AI responses and 1 personal response saying my orders would be shipped last week but have since been ghosted from my last 3 emails asking for updates.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, no communication, no updates. Do not order from this site!

Just another one to say AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Super terrible scam services and not real Needoh anyway, I placed my order on 1st July and heard nothing back - chased several times, then lodged a charge back. HOWEVER then they sent the Needohs out to me 4 weeks later when I didn't need or want them, so I am now in discussions with my bank.

SCAM!!! received counterfeit nee dohs and no response when requesting return and refund. Have lodged it with my bank and ACCC.

Takes your money and never sends anything. Gives a fake tracking number that shows pending but never goes through. A bot answers an email with false claims that due to large orders there is a delay: I have successfully claimed back through my credit card .

Scam site. Zero stars.no customers service no contact information. Avoid at all costs

Ok I've been waiting for 2 and a half weeks now, and my Needoh gummy bear still hasn't arrived! OMG! not sure about this, I hope I didn't get scammed :(.

As with everyone else I placed on order on Aug 2 and got an email saying they would dispatch however this has not happened. They aren't returning communication either. Will be reporting.

Order placed 3 weeks ago. Received an email from Squishd saying that they were behind and would send out tracking details within a few days. Have since emailed the company 3 times with no response. Will be claiming a chargeback.

I suspect this site is fraudulent - have reported to the ACCC. Despite multiple emails, and requests, still no package. Tracking label was created but the item was never collected by AusPost.
