The only effort involved was packing and then taking my old phone to the post office. The postage was a little pricey as it was sent by registered post. But the money was transferred to my account on the day of receipt without quibble, and was the value originally quoted.

Like a previous customer I bought a new product from John Lewis because of the trade in offer. My iPad was working ok but they said it had ‘bright spots’ on the screen and reduced the offer from £29 to £5. Not worth all the effort to register an account with them, provide own packing materials and take to Post Office.
