many diverse MCQ’s, great tracking system and lots of supporting info for weak areas! great to use as a supplement

I was previously reading textbooks and the reading was not going in well due to lack of application. SQE1pre allows me to test myself on 4,400 questions and tells me the weak areas to focus on. Other textbooks or mock books have far fewer questions and when I was using those repeatedly, I felt I was getting higher marks because I had read the questions before. With SQE1prep, I rarely see repeat questions and each mock is a learning experience.

The SQE1 platform I wish I had found first: outstanding value, thoughtful features and a team that genuinely listens.

I am a senior legal practitioner in Dubai with over 30 years' experience, registered before the DIFC Courts and running a busy practice. Qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales has been a long-standing goal. Before finding SQE1 Prep, I paid a substantial sum, twice, for courses with a well-known SQE provider. I did not pass, and in fairness the fault was not theirs: with a demanding practice, I simply did not have the time to prepare properly. This time I needed something different, a platform that would fit around my working day, keep me accountable and not cost a fortune. I chose SQE1 Prep's Lifetime plan, and from the first day it has been exactly that.

The platform and its features
The Lifetime plan is a single payment of £69.99 with no renewal, a fraction of what I spent before, and it includes everything:

- All 13 study guides covering FLK1 and FLK2, downloadable in PDF and EPUB, updated for the January 2027 SRA changes
- Over 4,400 practice questions in the single-best-answer format, with answer options shuffled so you cannot rely on patterns
- Questions graded Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, so you can see whether you are struggling with the rules or with applying them
- Detailed explanations for every question, setting out not only why the correct answer is right but why each of the other options is wrong
- Over 5,500 flashcards with spaced repetition, so cards return just before you would forget them
- Full FLK1 and FLK2 mock exams under timed conditions, plus a quick 20-question practice quiz
- Bookmarking, with the option to quiz yourself on just your saved questions
- Progress analytics and weak-area identification

The dashboard is the driving force. Questions answered, accuracy, tests taken and a daily streak are there the moment you log in, and watching that progress grow each day is a real incentive to return to the desk the next morning. For someone whose previous attempts faltered on time and momentum, that matters more than anything.

Built for readers, not viewers
I am not a video person. I learn by reading, and hours of recorded lectures have never worked for me. Worse, on video-led courses my dashboard would always show lessons I had not watched, a constant reminder of being "behind" even when I was studying well from the text. I was delighted to find that SQE1 Prep has no videos. It is built around well-structured study guides, questions and flashcards, so my dashboard reflects the work I actually do.

What truly sets SQE1 Prep apart is the team. I wrote to ask how to revisit the quiz questions (bonus Quiz questions are based on chapter wise per subject). I had answered incorrectly. They replied promptly, explained the process clearly and even listed the specific questions I had missed. Within hours they had gone further and built the feature itself: a banner on each quiz page showing how many questions are still marked wrong, with a button to practise only those, and clickable question numbers on the results page that open each question with its explanation. They told me my question had helped prompt the change. Earlier, they had answered a point of law on the Minors' Contracts Act 1987 with the same care and precision.

It is rare to find a provider that responds to a single user's question by improving the product for everyone, on the same day.

My recommendation
If, like me, you are a working professional who has struggled to find the time for SQE1, you do not need the most expensive course. You need one that fits your day, shows you your progress and keeps you coming back, backed by people who listen. I recommend SQE1 Prep without hesitation. Don’t be fooled by the price. It is a gold mine and priceless, worth more than the high-end providers charging many times as much.

This website offers an excellent combination of quality and affordability. It is difficult to find SQE1 preparation materials of this standard at such a reasonable price.
It is a valuable initiative and provides a strong foundation for students preparing for the SQE1 examination, particularly those who may not be able to afford expensive preparation courses. I wish you every success in continuing to develop the platform and in reaching more students who could benefit from this accessible and high-quality resource.

I’m very happy with my experience using this platform, and for this price, I honestly don’t think I would have found anything much better. The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I really like that you can track your progress throughout the course. The material is presented in a very clear and straightforward way, using simple language that makes even more difficult topics easier to understand. The flashcards at the end of each lesson are also really useful for reinforcing and memorising the material. The only thing I didn’t particularly like is that in the quiz after completing a topic, some questions can cover material from the next lecture that you haven’t studied yet, or even material that doesn’t seem to have been covered anywhere before. However, it’s great that each question comes with a detailed explanation of the answer, so you can still understand the reasoning and learn the material as you go.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the platform and would definitely recommend it to anyone preparing for the SQE1.

Even before starting the modules i tried some mocks they are really appropriate and to the level of any service provider like barbari or qlts did not get all correct but it has given me an insight on the pattern and i strongly recommend this high value mocks for everyone to try . Worthy of being on top

Excellent product and unparalleled customer support:

I have been using SQE1prep for my revision, and I am very impressed with the app. The platform is effective, well-structured, and I have found that I am definitely learning more the more I use the app.

What truly sets this product apart, however, is the level of customer service. The team is exceptionally responsive and transparent. When I encountered an initial access issue, Vishwesh was quick to investigate, openly admitted to the fault on their end, and resolved it immediately.

Even more impressive is their commitment to user feedback. I recently requested a feature to save my progress during practice quizzes so I could resume later, and the team implemented the change almost immediately. It is rare to find a platform that is so agile and genuinely dedicated to improving the user experience based on direct input.

I highly recommend SQE1prep to anyone seeking a reliable study tool backed by a creator who is clearly committed to their users' success.
