While I found the product sufficient for my needs, I soon found myself in an email pissing contest with a Tim C. This guy needs a lesson in customer relations and courtesy. Maybe the customer is not always right, but never create an argument in an attempt to explain anything. It seems that if you "cross" or otherwise tick him off when first using the product or during the purchase of the product, this company will refund the cost and ban you from ever again buying and using their product again. Whither or not it was your fault or not. I did find their Web site somewhat difficult to navigate in order to first cancel my subscription and then ask for refund. I promptly received my refund after I was finally able to cancel my subscription. While there are always to sides to a story, I stand by mine. Tim should chill a bit.
