The service from SPS Environmental was excellent, they provided a quote promptly and managed to secure a time to survey the property within the same day they called. Tim kept us informed with the results and the report (plus a quote for the work) was available within a few days - which provided invaluable information. Would definitely recommend!

Tim and his team were great. I initially contacted them to check asbestos in outbuildings, but then also used them to remove the asbestos and demolish the outbuildings. Tim was responsive and helpful and was able to do everything quickly, and his team worked extremely hard and left everything neat and tidy. They were very good value and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

An amazing experience had by my family and I. Tim took down and disposed of our asbestos garage along with soil pipe, gutters and cold water tank. He sampled all our artex ceilings and vermiculite which all turned out to be negative. Amazing price and advice throughout. If I had any issues I came across during the renovation I would contact Tim, send him a picture and he would tell me if it could contain asbestos, then was tested accordingly. Although I will hopefully never need Tim's services personally again am always recommending him to friends, family and neighbours.

Exemplary, what more can you say. The problem with a self build is that you have a million things going on in your head at the same time, one of which should have been arranging an R & D survey prior to demolition. Thankfully Tim and his team stepped in to help at short notice, a comprehensive report and test results followed quickly after the site visit to allow at least this part of our project to continue on schedule. We live in a house built in 1960 and as with most houses that age extensive use of asbestos containing Marley floor tiles. With the old carpet and underlay being pulled up exposing the dusty old floor and young Grandchildren arriving for Christmas we wanted to make sure everything was safe. Tim and his team came and carried out a reassuringly safe removal of the carpets, underlay and any loose Marley tiles, checked the rest for degradation and sealed them all in with a latex sealant. During this process the room was sealed and air filtered followed by a full class H vacuum. We had a reassurance air test which passed with flying colours. The carpet fitter the next day was super impressed at the prep work. Belt and Braces. Great job Tim and team. Thank you

We contacted SPS Environmental as builders working on our house had discovered some asbestos pipework within our chimney stack. SPS's Tim answered our message, came and sized up the job and fortunately they were able to fit us in quickly. The job took longer than originally expected but they stuck at it and the house was left clean and tidy, the waste was removed and disposed of correctly (SPS provided a waste disposal certificate to us) and all at a very reasonable price. Tim & the SPS team did an amazing job of removing asbestos from our property. They were incredibly helpful and patient with us - as we were 1st time buyers and inexperienced with the process. Tim and the SPS team recently completed a full concrete garage removal (with asbestos roof) as well as the removal of the timber floor from a room that had been had been glued over with asbestos containing tiles and bitumen.

Tim was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. He came to the property to assess access for the garage and easily added the floor removal into the job and quote once the tiles had been discovered.

Tim was very easy to contact and was able to complete the job very quickly and professionally. Both the garage site and the interior floor removal site were left in a very clean state, with the job being completed better and more smoothly than I could have imagined!

Tim also pointed out and confirmed further areas of asbestos of which I was unaware while he was on the job, even providing me with photos of these.

It is a huge relief to have the asbestos removed and I feel very fortunate to have been made aware of the additional asbestos before work was set to begin on those areas. I am very grateful to Tim and the SBS team and will definitely be working with them again.

Tim and his team did a very timely and thorough job for us. A comprehensive appraisal on the day we phoned, and the work was done a week later. Tim even came back and installed some loft insulation for us free of charge. We can highly recommend this company for its customer service, value for money and a very professional job well done.
