This review is based purely on my personal experience. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before paying any advance processing fees to this agency.
I feel that they played with my time and money. I trusted them for almost one full year, which resulted in financial loss and serious mental stress for me.
From the beginning, I submitted all the documents they asked for on time. However, after one year, when I repeatedly asked for updates, they suddenly started asking for new documents that were never communicated earlier and are difficult to arrange now.
In my opinion, they focus more on social media advertisements and attracting clients with big promises, but once the payment is done, there is no proper progress or transparency in the process.
I am sharing this so that others do not go through the same experience I went through. Please be cautious and verify everything thoroughly before trusting and paying.

The applicant has signed a formal service agreement with our company. Under Clause 2.5 and Clause 5.3 of this agreement, the applicant clearly acknowledged and accepted the procedural requirements, documentation obligations, and communication procedures related to the application process. These clauses specifically state that the client is responsible for providing all required documentation and complying with the process instructions communicated by the company.
Throughout the process, our team has consistently communicated these requirements via email and official correspondence. Unfortunately, the necessary documentation requested under the agreed terms was not provided within the required timeframes. As clearly outlined in the signed agreement, failure to provide the required documents results in non-eligibility for further processing, which is a condition attributable to the applicant and not the company.
Repeatedly attributing the delay or inability to proceed to the company does not reflect the contractual obligations that were mutually agreed upon and formally signed. Without the required documentation, it is not legally or procedurally possible for us to move forward with any application or submission to the relevant authorities.
For full transparency, the signed contract can be submitted to any relevant governmental or regulatory authority for independent verification if required.
Furthermore, as stated in the agreement, the company remains fully compliant with its contractual commitments. If any determination by a competent authority concludes that the company has failed to meet its obligations under the signed agreement, we are prepared to honor a 100% refund strictly in accordance with the contractual terms.
We remain committed to professional standards, transparent procedures, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Our objective has always been to proceed with the application successfully, provided that all contractual conditions and documentation requirements are fulfilled by the applicant.

Transparency Matters- Learned from my Journey
I would like to share my personal experience to help others make an informed decision before dealing with this company. I began my immigration process with them in June 2023. I was initially informed that the procedure would take around 9–10 months, and I was asked to pay a total of CAD 20,000 in two parts, with the assurance that my LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) and PR case would be processed smoothly. Unfortunately, after paying the full amount, the progress on my case stopped completely. Despite repeated follow-ups via calls and emails, I continued receiving only generic responses such as “We’ve forwarded your case to the concerned department.” As per the signed contract, I was eligible for a refund if the company was unable to deliver the promised outcome. However, the refund has not been processed to date. After I shared my feedback publicly, the company contacted me and proposed a partial refund (70%) instead of the original 90% mentioned in the agreement. I accepted this offer in good faith. They assured payment by September 1, and I waited patiently until October, but no payment was received. The follow-up communication again resulted only in further delays and verbal assurances from their legal and processing teams. I am sharing this review solely to raise awareness and to encourage potential clients to verify all commitments in writing and ensure complete transparency before proceeding with any payments. I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and resolves pending client matters professionally. Based on my entire experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and thoroughly verify all details before trusting this company with your money or documents. Please do not take things at face value — protect both your time and hard-earned money.

Spryness migration has cheated me for 5750 AED, I signed the contract for German migration and in 2022, thereafter 2years they mentioned it cannot be done and when I wanted refund a lady by the name Ms Maruk vehemently refused and I was compelled to proceed for Lituania Migration, but where as that was also not done and when I wanted refund they brought in in various excuses, I request all readers not fall a pray to this company as I have extremely bad experience.
