Kayla is the most welcoming and adorable person, she makes me giggle too! She is thorough and really caring. Mickaela has done a number of different procedures for me and I have loved every one. They are always done professionally while talking through what I'm having. She provides amazing advice and is always available to answer any questions after. Micaela made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It was reassuring that she is a registered nurse so I had full confidence that's she was working in in a safe and clean environment. Was was friendly and approachable. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and recommend a regime for me that seems to have improved my skin since following her advice. I had this awkward spot under the skin on the edge of my lip for months and she managed to remove this which was a welcome relief. My eyebrows and lashes looked amazing after the treatment.
