This is the third time I’ve ordered items, and I always am so pleased with the quality and price!

I never actually received the items I ordered, and the seller never responded when I reached out. I also struggled to get someone who works for Spouse-ly to assist, and I ended up having to wait until a representative from Spouse-ly emailed me and I was able to get a response, but this happened over two months after my order.

I was emailed asking for my color preference, and updated on the shipment. The cup is great, and I can’t wait for my dad to get it for Christmas!

I wanted to have my son's flight helmet bag custom embroidered as a gift for his promotion to Captain, USMC. I discovered Spousely offered the service and immediately reached out to confirm they could provide the custom embroidering I was hoping for. I received a response within a day. And was put in touch with the individual that would be providing the custom embroidering service. After a couple emails, explaining exactly what I wanted and providing an example, I received a mock-up for me to approve. Seeing the mock-up was key in making me feel confident I would be happy with the result. Once I approved the mock-up, a shipping label with tracking was provided to me. The whole process went smoothly! They deserve and EARNED the 5 Star Rating in SERVICE. The end product is Outstanding as well and Earns a 5 Star Rating! I am so please with the craftsmanship. The custom embroidered bag turned out exactly what I wanted. It's absolutely perfect, and I can't wait to see my son's face when he opens his gift!
