Your service was faultless but the way you disburse $ needs attention. My bank would not release the funds till next business day. Yet it does from other first time sources.

Slow processing
I applied on Saturday got a call Monday evening stating I need to give more details then Tuesday received contract sent it bac just after 12pm didn’t hear from anyone then I called just after 4pm spoke with csr just to be told that contract was not sent even though I got 2 copies if contacts sent to email then was told they will call me back which they didn’t call back but just sent an email to say loan has been approved all in all I got funds quickly but customer service wise was poor as it shouldn’t have taken nearly two days to get loan done just my opinion
