Really disappointing experience and very poor service. As a first time customer I unfortunately won’t be buying from them again. I never received the product and was only given a partial refund so although I can’t comment on the products the customer service has been awful and I am still trying to get the full refund for the order I never received.

I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. And was worried to see the negativity. But, there are only four reviews before mine. I ordered the moisturiser for my pre teen granddaughter. Like many girls she is just getting interested in skin care. It arrived quickly. Beautifully packaged with pink tissue and I have scanned the product barcode on the Yuka App and the score is 100 out of 100. So no nasties in it. No bad ingredients, no bad parabens etc. I’m very happy for my granddaughter to use it and it appears to be suitable for her age.

Great idea, but product and customer service not good.
Bought for my daughter a face care set. She could not use the face wash as said the smell makes her unwell. It is very strong smell of oils. Contacted company and no help was offered.
She did get along with lotion ok.
The face mist again was not great, the spray nozzle delivered it with huge force.
Will not be a returning customer.

I bought this for my nephew for his birthday. Not only did it arrive damaged but the company wanted so many pictures of the product form all different which in the end i had to return anyway - what an absolute faff! The customer service member kept saying what an unusual situation this was, really? Things get damaged in transit all the time. I’m sure they would dusted for finger also. The product itself stinks - my son had used this when staying with our family and it made his head so itchy. The first ever shampoo to do this. Full of irritaing oils and ingredients. It might be “natural” but doesn’t mean it’s good.

I ordered a body wash as a gift and it arrived with a crack in it. The product is lovely, my godson loves it and so this was a repeat purchase. The team at S&S sent me a replacement quickly, and were very helpful.

I have just received the 'all natural deodorant for boys'. I bought it because it doesn't contain any nasties for my grandson's young skin. It has a minty smell, but it isn't strong and I wouldn't say it was particularly a boy smell. When my grandson used it for the first time it came out like thick cream on his underarms and I had to wipe some off. I think on these hot days you'd have to keep it in the fridge so it doesn't melt! Ten year old grandson wasn't impressed. I am disappointed, especially as it costs £19!!! Really wanted this to be
great, but probably won't buy again.
