worked for these guys for a year, total clown show, awful comms, they lie to you, lie to clients, and when their own comms fail they use you as a scape goat, they think people are stupid and don't realise what they are up to. Avoid these lot, they will tell you anything.

Fab company. We have a fantastic cleaner and are very fortunate to have her. Spotless team in general as well is friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service is excellent, regular on site visits by management team to review service. Matt is our regular cleaner and he is brilliant!!

We utilised Spotless Cleaning's new external cleaning service to brighten up the entrance to our clinic in Bretby. The pavers had been plagued by weeds and the handrails covered in moss, due to years of being located under a number of large trees. The weeds are gone, the pavers are sparkling and the handrail is now moss free! I would highly recommend that you get Peter and the Burton team in for a quotation.

Very professional team. Worked around our busy schedule of classes and cleaned very early in the morning. The communication with the office staff was spot on and any changes we needed making were dealt with promptly. Most of all though everything in our studio was left Spotless!

Nunawading station toilets are disgusting and need more time spent to do the job required. Worst toilets I’ve seen for a long time

Phoned for an enquiry, when I said no thanks not for me, the guy called me a F**king idiot and put the phone down.
So glad I got a bad feeling from the guy and decided not to use them. If they this is how they speak to potential customers, imagine how they treat actual customers once they have the money.

We chose spotless cleaning through a recommendation from another school in the local area. We have had a good standard of cleaning and enjoy an excellent customer service relationship. Nothing is too much trouble and regular audits ensure the standard stay to everyone's expectations.
