The customer support at Spotler has been very prompt, helpful and personalised to our company needs. Our Account Manager Alisha has always been able to provide a solution or direct us to relevant support when needed. The system is user friendly and there is plenty of support available on the Help page and through various YouTube tutorial videos.

Been a pleasure to deal with kristian at Spotler, he has assisted us with our email migration in terms of explaining the system, introducing us to the onboarding team and being there to help us get started. We've completed 1st ten days using a combination of Squeezeley and Mail+ and we are immediately seeing massive improvements in Open Rate and Click Through Rate. We are really excited to see how we can further improve our emails to customers in the coming months.
