We have used Spotler/Pure360) for a number of years and our Account Manager Liv is always on hand when we have any questions or queries and is currently switching us over to the new Spotler+ platform.

Huge thanks to Lauren, our Account Manager, who is always prompt to respond and resolve our many questions. We've used Pure360 and now moved to Spotler as its next iteration. The tools itself works really well and with new features and interface we're excited to see where it can take us in our email marketing.

Intuitive and easy to use system. Has all the core functionality you need to be able to start up effective email marketing and automation. Have also found the supporting packages beneficial such as Gatorleads. Our account manager Natalie King has been exceptional and has always provided fantastic service and account management

Transitioning from Pure 360 to Spotler Mail+ has been a remarkably positive experience for our team. But what makes the company really stand out as a supplier is that there are very helpful people on the end of the email and phone! We have received good advice from the support team, some enjoyable and clear personalised training, and great account managers who are always accessible and helpful when we need to talk to them. Our most recent account manager, Lauren, has been super-helpful and quick to respond to my annoying questions. We have signed up for a further 3 years because we are satisfied that Spotler is the best supplier partner for us going forward.

Our account manager, Ellen, in particular is great - she is calm and pragmatic and always helpful.
