Do not order through this app. I paid for Express Next Day delivery (Order Ref: APPSD5000200363****). The package was lost, and after phone support promised a 24-hour priority reissue, they broke their promise. When I demanded fulfillment, they unilaterally CANCELLED my replacement order without my consent to avoid responsibility.
App customer support is useless, uses delay tactics, and hides behind automated bots. This company leaves customers without essential winter gear and breaches contracts.
Matter escalated to Frasers Plus, Letter Before Action served for breach of contract and damages (£500), and reported to Trading Standards. Download and buy at your own risk!

purchased 3 pairs of trainers for children for new school year well in advance of school starting. 16 days later and they have still not arrived in store. There has been no email from Sports Direct, no communication from the delivery provider, and no update on delivery date. No complaints or contact details are available on the website either, you just go in a loop of "articles" alleged to help you. The service in store was little better too - they could not help. I have ended up raising a dispute with my bank over the payment they took. Awful company - will not purchase from them again.

Bought a Karrimor backpack from the Chester store less than two weeks ago and both main zips have already completely failed and split off the track. I’ve been a customer for years, but selling equipment that breaks under normal use within 14 days is unacceptable quality control. Very disappointed.

They have a policy of not giving refunds at all only credit notes - this should be explained at time of purchase not just written on a notice no one reads.
Trainers too narrow a fit - bought previous day - all tags in place but would not refund. I will never shop there again.

100% scam. Wife thought she was buying some Adidas trainers. Never turned up.

Bought a Speedo swimming costume specifically because their website said that it was of a particular fabric. The one I received was clearly inferior and not of the material stated. They refused a refund as it was swimwear (even though it was the wrong product, I hadn't tried it on and it had a replacable strip on it for hygiene reasons). Quoted legislation to them but they still refuse

Complete scam spent £40 after seeing Uggs advertised on Snapchat thinking it was the real sports direct website I placed an order and obviously nothing arrived I sent them an email and got a fake tracking number and now any time I email them i get an email back in another language stating their inbox is full. Luckily I disputed it with my bank and got my money back instantly once the claim went through.

💯 percent scammer

Complete scammers. Was so gutted as I thought sports direct created a new outlet site. That is my fault. Supplied fake tracking details and when I queried it would refuse to send anything except nonsense copy pasted emails. Hope people see this review and save themselves time and money. Grateful to Monzo Bank for getting me the refund as when I asked directly there was always an excuse.

Scam be aware fake site came up on Snapchat don’t fall for it. I was close to fall for it but I went on google and typed in the website and the prices was not the same

SCAM - recognised as a scam on which and Oxfordshire city council website. Contact bank and report site to National Cyber Security if payments are made

Went to put items in my checkout after clicking on a link from my Snapchat. Soon realised the deals were too good to be true after searching through the website and reviews online - definitely scammers. Beware!

They are a scam they advertise as sports direct but is fake. Did not get the order or even a tracking number they straight up take your money.

Came up on a face book add for cheap uggs and trainers. SCAM!
