A++ I ordered a Eibach Rear sway bar for my Is300 but was initially a bit hesitant since I've never heard of this company, it was simply on the lower end of pricing. Not only did it come across the USA in under 2 days from when my payment was made, but it was much cheaper than everywhere else online. I instantly received a tracking number within a few hours of payment and they emailed and kept me in the loop the entire way. The package came perfectly packed with zero damage to the sway bar OR the box. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from here at all.

VERY POOR SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placed an $80 order for a new Toilet seat with lid thats specifically for my RV toilet.weeks ago. Still waiting for item because it was delivered to some unknown address over 3200 miles away from me despite them having my correct shipping information. I provided proof of the error but they apparently still want to conduct an investigation before they send a replacement item or provide a refund!
Poor shipping practices & Very disappointing customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.
