My experience with spore works is stellar! I read over some of the poor reviews and it brings back memories for me. I had some spore syringes that I got from a different vendor and I felt that way. As I read over though I realized that it's a bit of an imperfect science and I really don't know that they didn't go bad or were never there. However with the spore works syringe there was no question but that the spores were there as they were visible. The first two innoculated beautifully and are coming along nicely, I just did two more yesterday. These guys are the real deal and I will never go elsewhere I'll promise you that! AAA+++

Awesome customer service. I made a beginner's mistake and they helped me correct it. I can't say enough about how much of a pleasant experience I have had dealing with Spore Works. Very reliable and fast shipping.

Being a skeptic at heart…I definitely shopped around…hands down SporeWorks💉Syringes have the highest concentration of spores compared to any other companies offerings.

Remember to shake any syringe 💉 before using.

I see several people disparaging SporeWorks for getting spores that weren’t viable when they got them.
What do You guys think happened❓
The thing here is…spores can survive in Space‼️

Not to be mean, however there is so much “User error” & “potential for contamination” & “conditions not being ideal” that are the reasons for not having success.

& if something was wrong with the spore syringes💉… I would think it would result in contamination not lack of growth. I mean I’d have to do some research on how You could even kill spores.

I have helped many people to success with their Mycology research & I have always recommended SporeWorks for Spores & have never had anyone be unsuccessful due to bad spores.

Ordered two syringes of spores, two different varieties. Neither were viable, as no mycelium were produced. I wasted months in production. After complaint, Sporeworks refused to take responsibility. Don't waste your money.

Initial 4 syringes were DOA. possibly due to Arizona Heat and them being left in mail box. they send me new ones. those were acceptable.

First batch was a complete dud, nothing to show for it. Sporeworks was able to send me another sample so I will see if this one is any better.

Sporeworks is by far the most superior company to order your spores from. AND NO IM NOT PAID TO WRITE REVIEWS.

Anita from customer service is admirable and also very knowledgeable about their product. She was very helpful and I will certainly be ordering again. I suggest if you are into "spore research...", please do yourself a favor and not get ripped off by other competitiors. No Hassle, Trustworthy, and Kind. Three things that are hard to come by when working with online companies YET Sporeworks seemed to have it figured out.
Kudos to Sporeworks and Anita for helping me understand the difference between cultures and spores. She truly helped make the difference in my comfort level.

Love them! Been shopping with them for 12-13 years now. Never a bad batch. They don’t take online payment anymore but it doesn’t matter bcuz they take it over the phone and they get here no slower. So there ya go. I can’t understand those who had a bad experience here. I never have.

I have ordered off their website 4 times now. The first time I had issues with the liquid culture and the last time I ordered off their website, I had issues with the shaggy mane culture. All other syringes were good. I highly recommend this company as long as you stay away from cultures.

Spore works is just a con man scam site.
They claim to sell spores just for microscopy, which nobody in the world believes.
I've tried them a couple times and all I recieved was contaminated spore syringes.
You have zero recourse with them when you get ripped off. You can't contact them about the problem, they just laugh and say too bad sucker.
It's a scam when you sell products that aren't what they're supposed to be and then there is nothing you can do about it. They absolutely WILL NOT TALK to you about the product. They say what they sell is strictly for looking at under a microscope, NOT FOR GROWING.
It must be nice to sell a fake product, then tell the customers to shut up and go away.
Don't waste your time or money at this business, it's just a scam operation.

Fast deliveries and great customer service for the last 6 years I've used them. Spores are viable and clean and the only vendor I've tried that direct to liquid culture works nearly every time without contamination. I'm compelled to post a review because of the odd distribution of reviews, mostly 5 stars and then a recent glut of 1 stars. This is almost certainly fake reviews to lower the competitive edge of a top vendor. The magic spore/culture business is now exploding with new and often shady businesses after the relaxation of drug laws in many states. It is sad, but it is what it is. As long as I get what I order and the quality is good, I will continue to order from sporeworks.

I've been ordering from them for well over a decade. Their product is clean, and I've never had an issue with them with respect to customer service. Many people who have issues later realize that their technique was the problem and that the vendor was fine. Mushroom cultivation ain't easy - trial and error are a part of the journey.

Scammers. The syringe I received didn’t even look like anything I’ve had in the past but I tried it anyway. Absolutely nothing, zero activity. What a waste of time and money. They will not respond to my email either.

It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t received my order

I ordered the mycology 4 pack for microscopy and it was fantastic. I have inspected all under a microscope for purity and all ive found is spores and water will definitely order again.

Ordered spores, but they shipped them to themselves ( UPS tracking told me.) and never answered their email or phone. Lost out on $40. Stay away from this company!

Spent 900. 6 months of my time growing them all out thinking maybe it's just us. Sent them to friends who are mycologist had them grow some as well. Finally finished up all of the syringes. NONE of their product is good. Eating these shrooms on salads and pizza.
