Highly recommend for trauma releasing & relaxing connective tissue for somatic release! This excellent company and their incredible product Amanita Pantherina Mushroom Tincture has made an incredible difference for chronic pain, tight connective tissue (think fibromyalgia), and releasing of trauma from the body. You learn to listen to your body/intuition and be gentle when you try new products, bc it can be different for ea person. This has been so powerful for trauma release and healing! Excellent products and customer service. First ordered Golden Teacher spores which I am witnessing the early stahes of fruiting (very exciting). Next ordered the Amanita Microdose Mushroom Gummies 10,000mg - Blue Raspberry. Looking forward to enjoying this product. I Have been using functional mushrooms for about five weeks now and wish I'd discovered them decades ago. Absolutely brought focus into my days where I used to be overwhelmed and had hard time making decisions. It was stressful. Now I feel even keeled and super organized, doing almost everything with a positive attitude. After all, your attitude is your altitude.

Talked to Brian, one of my syringes didn't innoculate and replacement was sent out immediately after I wrote him, THE BEST customer service, with the new syringe I innoculated a bag w 7cc and put the other 3cc in a culture vial, from that has another batch, great genetics and great customer service

They've arrived ☺️ I'm completely excited about my experiment 🍄 I bought Jack frost spores, It came as described and packaged well. Product was provided with one small alcohol wipe & needle tip required, Box was intact, outside package was sealed. Customer service was immaculate because when I tell you I probably bugged the socks off someone lol, they responded EVERY single time and PROFESSIONALLY at that. Happy customer. Used spores today, will update progress possible repurchase if it's fruitful 😍

Everything came as ordered and was easy to setup. I also had damaged items in transit with the post office and SporesMD completely understood and sent me another item for replacement. Thank you SporesMD!

I would have to agree with most everyone else considering customer service. Upon delivery of my product, it was noted that the shipping was a little bit rough on it, and one of the syringes had leaked completely out in the bag, wetting the boxes, and actually moving the syringes out, so I wasn’t sure which Syringe leaked out and which ones I still had. I contacted customer service and a reply to the email that was sent with my tracking. I even sent pictures of what it look like from the package after I opened it. There was absolutely no question. Immediately a replacement was sent with two spore packets included. I will come back and leave another review once I’ve grown them as this is my first time growing so we’re gonna see just how easy it is. And also how well the shrooms are

Good product, reasonable prices, but the customer service is what really sets these guys apart. USPS lost my package. I spoke to Brian, who went above and beyond to help me get my order. Highly recommended!

Repeat purchase of Amanita Panthera mushroom tincture(s). I like the product and use it on days I'm not working. Hard to say what the effect is as I combine it with CBD edibles. Definitely no complaints though.
I also interacted with customer service about a discount. The response was very quick and amicable, again no problems at all.

Aside from quality products, seamless transactions and fast shipping the customer service shows a dedication rarly found in this online age.
Recently when the USPS lost my order it was immediately replaced without question. Having provided sporesmd with the wrong mailing address with the replacement order a third order was sent out. Again quickly without any additional cost to me.
For me, there is no other source for my mycology needs.
I'd recommend no other.

Very quick response on customer service. Have had good results with liquid spawn. One time had a problem and immediately was taken care of by Brian. Thanks Brian

Placed an order 10 days ago as of today and cannot get a status update. We submitted our concerns through the website, a response from Brian who bumped us to Kyle and then noting. Reached out again via email to Kyle and still nothing. This morning we called the customer service number but there was no answer so we were prompted to leave a message and still no one reached back out.

We tried logging back into the account that was set up when the order was placed, but were unable to. Assuming it was an issue with the password, we attempted a password reset and never received an email to reset it as we should have. We have the order number, screenshot of the order placed, and the payment was processed and withdrawn from our account the following day, as expected, however we still cannot get answers regarding the order status or tracking number.

I wish that we were leaving a review of the products ordered, but unfortunately the poor customer service has been the first and only experience that we will have with SporesMD.

In hopes of advancing my myology interest I purchased multiple specimens from this vendor. During my research I discovered some issues. However, these were quickly resolved and they went beyond what was needed. Their selection is great and had exactly what I wanted. They ship out very quickly and their product is filled abundantly more than some other places offer. Very satisfied with my purchases!
