Ordering product and delivery of product was very straight forward. The product was very well packaged in a sturdy box and tastes very well. Too early to tell whether it will work, as I have only been taking it 3 days now.

I really disliked the taste …
Unfortunately I just couldn’t eat it, not even a spoonful a day, so I didn’t take it for long enough to see if there were any benefits. I tried it in porridge and also mixed into yogurt with granola/berries but it just put me off my breakfast so I gave up after about 10 days.
