I followed the instructions exactly but when I ran the trimmer through my hair where my split ends are, rather than cut them off, it chewed them up! I ended up with white scraggly tips. This thing totally ruined my hair!!

I've had my Pro 2 for about 2 years now and use it every couple of months. It works really well to trim every single hair and the number of split ends I have is far smaller than I had previously. I use it in between trims and while it's a boring thing to do, it does exactly what it says so I'm very happy.

This product does not work, it's cheap amd it does not do what the advert or company claims.
Furthermore customer services were unhelpful, be careful as when you use the product and find it does not work you will not be able to get a refund!!

Perfect piece of kit- does exactly what it needs to do. Had an issue with the first one delivered and their customer service was second ti none. Another one on the way speedily.

Couldn’t actually use it as it never came with a power lead

Bad tool, made hair uneven so lost lots of length when going to actual hair dressers, no return offered.

As a hairdresser I thought I’d give this a go on my own hair. As it’s a pro product. Left the very ends of my hair broken as if it cut it with blunt scissors. Not impressed

been meaning to return this item, it severs the ends of my hairs and doesn't actually seem to get my split ends?

I ordered mine on June 20th and still haven't received it yet looked amazing i long hair would of been perfect for the split ends but didn't arrive so disappointed

Bought in may and used only twice and already not working. Contacted customer care and no one responding

Update- still no one responding. This company is useless and customer service is even more appalling. Not a single response from them.

Chops ends of hair off as well as healthy hair & split ones & yes I am using it correctly

Do not buy. It doesn't resolve split ends in fact makes them worse but does shred your hair!

Very poor quality took too much hair off .

I purchased my first Splitender ( original battery operated one) back in 2005 and used it regularly until 2011 when I moved house and it went missing during the move. Unfortunately I never replaced it and didn't think it would be still around ..
So ... 2022 .. I see an fb reel showing the Splitender .. cut a long story short ... after 2 purchases which turned out to be copies .. I purchased direct from Splitender Pro website and wow .. its just like I remember ... but better! Now I have thw Splitender Pro2 and my hair looks and feels fab gone are the split ends amd I'm so so happy 😊
Excellent price, product and excellent experience and delivery times thank goodness I found this once again. Would highly recommend.. this is definitely worth every penny for those with long hair
