O stars will be more appropriate, descriptions and pictures are completely inaccurate. Essentially they just stole my money and send me a cheap POS.

My credit card was charged although my holiday gift was never shipped. I did not receive anything.

The whole product was wrong, not what was advertised and didn't want to accept a return, nor refund. Stay clear of this scam!!!!

Order was not shipped, unable to recieve any feed back, from company. Beating your head against a wall.

I ordered a very nice looking Yellowstone mens XXL hooded sweatshirt on December 3rd for $27.99, and received a super thin long sleeved hooded tshirt with an ugly, cheap screen print that actually looks dirty. The size is approximately a women's large, no way it would fit a man!!! It arrived yesterday, so it took 17 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered 6ft cascading garland for the mantle. I received a cheap moon faced Santa figurine. They told me that I had not paid for freight insurance and they can offer me is 8% back. I wish i had read the reviews first. I have been haggling with them for two weeks. They ARE A SCAM! I will try and dispute with my credit card company but i dont know if that will even help.

This company is a scam. I ordered a robot toy on December 9, nothing received and no response to messages. Clearly a scam. Do not order with this business.

I ordered a leather bomber coat for my husband at 100.00. The pictures looked wonderful. When I received it, it was very poorly made, thin and not leather. It was at least 2 sizes smaller than the size listed. It doesn't even resemble the picture!
I tried emailing to this company at the customer service Email provided. The email was never delivered. I have no other way of contacting the company. It is too pitiful to give to the homeless!

I have not received my expensive order after 8 days and tracking tells you VERY LITTLE. If you go on their “Chat” they won’t talk to you unless you pay them $1 First? Why should I pay them one cent for finding my order??? So I do not have this $100 item, cannot track it, customer service doesn’t answer my letter, and tracking only tells you it was shipped through USPO and NOTHING ELSE. Everything leads to a dead end with this company! The United States should not allow them to do business here and we should consider reporting them.

Update: Finally got a package just before Christmas! Hurray! Right? But I ordered 3 different patterns and they gave me the same pattern for all 3 blankets. Not as plush as advertised. A “Mily” finally answered me by Email and followed me. Only after I publish 2 reviews: one here, one on Facebook. I informed her I got my order but it was wrong, and item was not what was advertised.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a sweatshirt back in early November and not only have I never received it, there is no follow up of anything and no way to get a hold of ANYONE!! They charged my card and NEVER sent ANYTHING!!!

ZERO is a more appropriate rating. Please heed all the warnings. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. There products make you ashamed that you fell for what they were selling. What was supposed to be a sweatshirt was a shirt that was basically made from thick tissue paper with a an image printed on it from printer. I was too embarrassed to even show it to my family, as I knew I had been scammed.

Do NOT waste your money with this company. Worst shopping experience ever. What they advertise is NOT what you get and they do NOT backup their product. I ordered 3 outdoor Christmas decorations and received the wrong product and it was dollar store product at best. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered me either an 8% refund or 10% credit on a $95 purchase.

I ordered some leather boots and got some cheap ones that even the dollar tree wouldn’t have for sale so I tried to do a return and they said I hadn’t purchased a freight insurance and they would give me a 10% discount on my next purchase or I could get an 8% refund and give the shoes as a gift. What a ripoff I put the boots where they belong in the trash can I’d be embarrassed to give them as a gift.

This is an scam.. do not buy from them
What they advertise is not what they sell and you will not receive receive back
Brought some chess decor pieces very expensive and received diminutive item when the size listed and the picture posted were way bigger than that

Pure scam

I received my order after 20 days. It was not what I ordered. It was a cheap knockoff that you would expect to pick up at a dollar store. I have emailed them four times. I have also opened a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I have never received my order. When I emailed, they just gave me a bogus tracking number and now won't respond to my inquiries. $50.00 down the toilet. I would like to add to my experience. I finally received my purchase. It was supposed to be a blanket coat, wool blend. It was made out of felt and the design was stamped on plus at least 2 sizes too small. I can't send it back because I discarded the bag it was mailed in and if I sent back I'm required to pay the shipping to Bejing China!

Ordered a jacket took a month to get then it doesn't work Chinese junk and a bunch of crooks

I ordered 2 stained glass sun catchers and they sent me cardboard photos of the products I ordered. Wrapped in plastic with Chinese barcodes all over it. No wonder it took almost 5 weeks to be delivered.

They even go as far as to mention in the description that they’re “made by hand in cape cod”

This clearly drop ship website ordering trash from oversees from Alibaba.com and selling it as something it’s not. I bet the frauds running this website don’t even know what 99% of these products look or feel like when they are delivered.

Jacket was way too small. They will not exchange, and even worse no refund!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. When I was ordering, I had a gut feeling that this was a scam. Shame on me for not listening! My daughter sent me the link for a pair of shoes with a silver star on the side, the rage right now. They arrived 2 weeks later with no communication about them being mailed, only that they received my order initially. The material in the shoe is cheap plastic and one of the legs on the star on each side had been cut and attempted to be sewed on but it was not straight. When I told Spinpaper that the shoes were defective and I wanted to return them, they only offered me a 15% refund and I keep the shoes. They specifically said do not return the shoes. You have to email them with your order # and then they come back and say they need pictures of the product they sent and the tracking # plus another # off the mailing label. My experience with this company did not go well. I received a product that was not as pictured, stars had been cut and then an attempt to sew properly did not work and I lost money on this order because they would not authorize a return and would refund only 15%. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
