If there was a minus star that would be my rating. Total scam site and no way to get your money back 😞😞

I ordered something from Spinpaper for my wife, it took over a month to ship from China. When we received the jacket it, the fit was so ridiculously off, the sleeves were 5 inches too short and it barely closed around her. My wife normally wears a size medium and I ordered a large hoping to be more roomy, but the fit was way off.
No return policy, so now we have a good White elephant gift because the jacket is so Amazingly horrible

I ordered 4 small flea Collars for my dog's and I'm so happy to let y'all know I got my order and I'm so happy with it and this company. I will order more things and let my friends know. Ty so much.happy costermer

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY SAY THEY ARE IN HONG KONG WHEN REALLY THEY ARE IN BEJING. I think they have the dregs of this world to try and sell on as unique , handmade, orthopedic, any word you can think of that makes a product sound like it’s something that it definately is not , this company wants shutting down and fast and messages on all media saying the scammers are out in force. We must protect ourselves from thieves like these. I purchased orthopedic sandals six months later I’m still waiting for a refund . The customer service girl (whom is not Chinese ) said I should give them to a friend or give to charity when I refused and said I want a full refund she spent two months and 50 emails trying to convince me her boss would only allow a 5% refund ,each time the emails travelled the % went up by 5% each time , until I threatened that social media would be hearing about them and she agreed but said return fee and tracking very expensive maybe even more you pay for the shoes, the cheek of it all was she has no idea how much it costs to return from another country, no doubt she’s sat in a boiler room somewhere. Well now it’s time to let the world know about how the Chinese are bleeding us dry right under our very noses

It's too bad I can't leave a review on their website or under the product I ordered. It's by design I suppose. To sum up my experience, without going into too many details, the product I received was not the same product depicted on their website. It's like they took a product idea from somewhere else and made a cheaper less appealing version. They didn't even try. Not to mention it took about 7 weeks to receive my order after purchasing. I wouldn't be upset with the wait if I got what I ordered. Hopefully this helps someone before ordering from them.

Don’t buy ANYTHING from this site! I wouldn’t even give them one star, if that was an option. I ordered a retro style clock. The listing said it was handmade, welded frame, high quality clock. What a joke! Turned out to look nothing like the picture. It is made out of CARDBOARD, had to put it together with shapes that looked like puzzle pieces, and showed up broken. On top of that-it took a month to even receive it. Terrible.

I ordered a cable knit duster sweater coat. I received a CHEAP knee length sweater. It is NOTHING like the item I ordered. It is a thin, short sweater that isn't even vaguely like the item advertised. I have requested a refund. Paid $50 for something worth about $5.

This company is a joke. It has been way over time to get my package. When you write them they send back the same email telling you to be patient. I am so over this company. Buyer beware and don't order from them they are a scam.

This company operates on FRAUD.... They intentionally shipped a different item that is small and can claim it has been sent. Refused to send the item I ordered, BUT offered me to accept 35% off of what I spent ($54) to accept their mistake (WRONG ITEM).

***For instance I ordered a Jacket and was sent a shirt and asked to accept a shirt which I did not order nor did I want for a 35% discount which would make that shirt (which was $5 quality MAX) valued at $46.***

The point is they never once offered to send me what I ordered, just offered to give me a discount on some random item OR I could pay to ship their mistake back to China which is 100% their responsibility and they told me I would need to pay the $20-30 in shipping and it will take about a month just to get there. Even then I am certain they would still not give me the refund.... They would then send that piece of crap to another poor soul that did not read my post.

They are not a UK company as they give the consumer that impression.... They are CHINESE!

So by all means order from this company if you are looking to receive an item that is 1/10th of its value or feel like you are lucky enough to not get bent over!

Do not ever order anything from these scammers. I ordered a leather coat and they sent me something that they stitch together and sent me and never gave me a refund.

Awful. I should have never bought from here. I bought an orrery ( a star system representation ) for my boyfriend for Christmas. I got it and it was nowhere near as described. The product description on the site is that it rotates each planet and moon with moving gears, it has 27 planets and moons, a wooden base, and a metal cage. What did I get? A metal base covered in a cheap wrap, a non-moving structure, none of the gears move, there are 7 planets with no attempt at moons. I wasn't expecting the world, it was only $45, but I would have been happy with a little effort. It's completely different and super cheap. Very deceptive marketing.

I've contacted customer support, thrown their own shipping and return policy at them, and they told me an 8% (and later 15%) refund. This is the biggest scam of a site I've ever seen and after all the reviews? I should have never looked at this place. I'm going to have to take it up with my card company to get a refund at this point. I'm not bearing shipping costs for them to "accidentally" lose it and deny me a refund anyway.

I ordered a pair of welding boots for my husband! We never received them! Emails don't work, there phone numbers don't work! 100% Percent A Scam!! Do NOT ORDER FROM these B******!! PERIOD.

I received the item I ordered, 6 Seresto cat collars, but they are counterfeit! Fakes!

Jacket was extremely low quality. They only offer 8% refund because of what they claim as expensive freight. Definitely a rip off. Please don't ignore the negative reviews.

This company is a pure rip off, it took exactly one month to get this item and when I did it is awful...cheap material..I paid over $30.00 for this item. I wish there was a way to get my money back. Don't ever order from them. The return address was from "Jane" !

I ordered tourmaline-acupressure-self-heating-shaping-knee-sleeve and received a comfirmation of order on12/19/22 and 12/16/22 that the order shipped. By 1/3/23 I found out that the order was sent back due to insufficient address. I find this so hard to believe since I use auto fill for all my orders. After contacting a rep from the company I was offered a 10% refund and I refused because I paid almost $60.00 then I was offered 15% refund and was told that it was my fault because I didn't provide a good address. Sorry, but one would think I would know my own mailing address, since I order packages frequently. This company sucks and the customer service isn't much better. I feel sorry for the next customer who falls victim to this company's scams. My battle with this company continues yet....

I ordered a pair of boots in December add my address correctly, when they shipped my item out, the left out part of my address so the post office returned my boots. I contacted the company, they want to offer me 15%of my order. I told them I will dispute this with my credit card company and the mistake was on their end.

I only put 1 star cause I had too, this company is a damn joke. My husband ordered boots from spinpaper got the item and they're nothing like what was advertised on their website. I've been talking to them for 3 weeks back n forth to get a return parcel number. I've done everything they've asked. Sent photos, sent payment info, sent tracking numbers etc etc they keep giving me the run around and trying to offer me a percentage of my money back instead of giving me a return parcel number and all of my money back ! It's ridiculous !!! I'm reporting them to EVERY possible outlet I can !! I'm so mad I can't see straight!!!

It took a month to get the boots. The zippers suck. They are made poorly. You can see glue. They have no arch support. Their email does not work. Tried several times to email them and it kicks me out. I thru them in the trash.
