I got the hand-made bookmark as a farewell present to a friend moving away and we both absolutely loved it. It's so carefully handcrafted and packed, plus the card with the history of the object and the name of who made it was a really special touch. Delivery was fast and without a glitch and even the envelope it came in, made of recycled paper, was lovely. Will definitely buy again from this amazing store
