Hi I like to play the slots weekly when I get some spare cash I have to young girls I raise on my own and I work 50 hours a week as you can imagine it’s expensive haveing to young children to bring up and all my money I spend on them I don’t drink or realy spend money on myself because I won’t my children to have the best life I can give them but after I pay all my bills and get everything I need I can normally budget myself £10-£20 to spend on myself and I love playing the slots so I Normally look for the best deals to enjoy a couple of hours on my favourite games,, two days ago I come across spin and win,, I signed up and straight away they were promting me to deposit and to get a 100% deposit match plus 100 free spins to I opted in and deposit my £10 I had left to enjoy myself and depositing I noticed straight away I didn’t recive a bonus so I contacted the customer service chat,, I spoke to a guy who took my details and asked me to wait 5-10 minutes to see if I was eligible after the 10 mins he came back said yes your eligible I’ll add the bonus to your account,, so I left the chat left it ten minutes then check I had received a £10 bonus to my account I then tryed to use the free spins but they wouldn’t work so I tryed to get bk on chat but I was just put in the que and was left 10-20 minutes at a time so I went thro the bonus on the app found eligible games for free spins and load one it started but no spins to I decided to do a couple of spins as soon as I spun the games twice and my balance moved down from from my deposited amount I was logged out of the site I tryed to log bk and and it keeps saying account locked,, sinice ive tryed emailing and had no response ive tryed going on chat and no one will come and speak on there ive spent at least 4-5 hours of my spare time trying to contact these people who run a multi million pound company and who steal off honest hard working people like myself I’m disappointed and discussed that my money’s been robbed and it was done in away that I carnt ask for my money bk because it under the deposited amount I hope I get a answer off someone why my money’s been taken I wount let this lie and every free minute of my time I will spent alerting people to how this company thinks it’s got a right to take peoples money and lock them out if they’re accounts without a work or a answer on how to get my money refund I’ll also be roasting this woth the British gambling commission because is tax patting Citezens deposit thinking our money’s safe and you have the power to keep what aint yours

I've been calling in since this game…
I've been calling in since this game has been started on this morning and it started in 2020 and still I haven't received a call wondering why this is I never missed one programme and actually watch it turn my telly down so I can hear the call and never get the lucky call also I noticed they took the 3000 away and wasn't even mentioned to callers which I also find so wrong.
Sometimes I wonder if this is really a real game

AWFUL SCAM SITE, this company makes you wager 16k before you can withdraw bonus funds. 16K???!!! IT'S GOING TO BE IMPOSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW ANY MONEY. Was up 6K from the bonus funds would've loved to withdraw that but unfortunately I still had 10K left to wager so of course I lost it all.
