Weight was less than I ordered
My order arrived on time and packaged great. I ordered 16 oz and it weighed in at 15.8 with the packaging.
I emailed the company and they have offered 2 avenues of correcting the difference. Great customer service.
Vacuumed sealed does not loose weight. This is my 6th package from different places and they always weigh what I ordered or more

Madagascar Vanilla Bean Powder
I ordered Madagascar vanilla bean powder Gourmet first grade and I am pleased at how fine it’s ground. I used it in my morning coffee. It smells amazing and tastes great. It doesn’t dissolve in liquids but I expected that. I used some of it to infuse in raw Buckwheat honey and will wait a few weeks. I would definitely purchase again.

Je ne sais pas, j'ai voulu acheté de la vanille sur le Web, depuis je reçois des demandes pour savoir comment ils ont fait, et tout et tout. J'ai achété il y a6 jours, j'ai reçu 6 courriels, confirmation d'achat, confirmation d'emballage, confirmation d'envoi, confirmation comme de quoi que le colis est en route et 2 demandes pour savoir comme ils ont fait et probablement comment était le produit... faut-il préciser que je ne l'ai pas reçu encore et pas cuisiner alors pas de presse !! MISE À JOUR, j'ai reçu les fèves en questions, sentent vraiment bonnes ! Maintenant pour la saveur.... comme je disais, ça sent bon. Ça aura pris 2 semaines pour la réception, mais ce n'étais pas moi qui était pressé :-)

Extract grade beans do have lower moisture than Gourmet Grade A, but they should still work well for infusing.
