We received a fantastic, warm and very friendly service from both Neil and Brad at Spectrum. With a huge wealth of expertise between them, and knowledge to guide us through the process smoothly from start to finish. We absolutely love our Internorm patio doors, they are like a piece of furniture, which adds to our room and the view through them is fantastic. We can't wait to be moved in and really enjoy looking through them. Neil was great in advising us on the finer details, how to clean and protect the glass during our renovation and considerations on insurance of them. I cannot rate the team highly enough and would highly recommend this lovely company to anyone. Thank you so much for making it a great experience.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Spectrum to anyone looking for high-quality, stress-free windows and doors. From the outset, Dave Allen worked closely with our architects and made the entire process of selecting the right windows and doors both easy and stress-free. Lone provided excellent technical advice and oversaw the installation with her team, who were also professional and efficient throughout.

The results are outstanding. Spectrum recommended Internorm windows and doors, as our brief was to build a home to passive house principles. We have since completed the final air test and achieved 0.44 ACH, which is 0.16 ACH below the Passive House standard.

Once again, I highly recommend Dave, Lone, and the entire Spectrum team for their excellent customer service and exceptional workmanship.

The Team at Spectrum are excellent and the products are extremely good. The level of service is very professional indeed, dealing with Dave and Lona is a pleasure. We have had 37 windows installed so far and they look fabulous.

A first class product backed by a first class experience from Spectrum, Neil and his team were the consummate professionals, the sales, installation and after care were perfectly executed and we could not be more delighted with both the doors and windows and the whole service from Spectrum, a true five star company.

We first came across Spectrum in Summer 24 before starting a barn conversion in Gloucestershire. After a few failed attempts to find companies locally we chose visit Spectrum because they listened and were the only company that I felt could deliver what we wanted. After having breakfast with Neil at the showroom we decided the Kastrup product could do what we wanted. A large 5 x 4m triple glazed screen, decorative tilt and turn windows to retain our original features along with standard casement. At no point were we pushed into purchasing anything and Neil made sure we were happy before committing.

Fast forward 6 months and Silje came to site with Paul and worked with our builder and us to decide the window sizes. No openings were present however detailed plans were provided to avoid confusion. Communication from Silje was excellent and we managed to iron out all issues and nothing seemed too much.

When it came to fitting Luke and Lee were excellent. At all times worked they with our builder to overcome any hurdles. Their workmanship and skill are second to none and even our builder commented on the small touches that go above and beyond other companies he has worked with.

Lone helped us quickly with a small issue on site which meant we stayed on track with the project and delivered the project on budget and within our timescale.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and love our Oak / Alu windows.

Quality product that was installed by a professional team.

This is the second house that I have had Spectrum manufacture and install windows in, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows and doors ever again.

We called into their Newport showroom and Dave the sales manager not only impressed us with his knowledge of their products but also the attention to detail on making sure he understood what we needed. After confirming our order, we were subsequently impressed with all the staff who were involved with the managing, designing and installation of our windows, doors and patio doors. We live over 100 miles from Newport but this did not hinder any of the delivery and installation. We are very pleased with the finish.

The winter Garden built by Solarlux is an excellent product, however, our experience with Spectrum was quite different to the other Trustpilot reviews. The installation of our wintergarden began on the 17th March and has not yet been completed. We eventually persuaded Lone (MD) to do an on site visit on the 9th June, she said "I can't believe that they (Spectrum installers) thought that it was ok to leave things like this". We couldn't either.
We were relieved that the leaks were fixed by replacing sticky tape with lead flashings.
Due to the length of time that it has taken to get to this point all our trades people have moved on to other jobs - Christmas has been mentioned but not which Christmas.
The stress involved with dealing with Spectrum comes a close second to my husbands treatment for a brain tumour - i
do not say this lightly. It has been a tough year.

Spectrum have recently installed a replacement window (Internorm KF410) for our vaulted bedroom and I'm very happy with the result and the process. Everyone I dealt with, from sales, survey to fitting was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will be calling on them again to replace the rest of the windows and doors.

Called in on spec for information on insect screens for our existing Internorm windows. David was extremely welcoming and helpful, and clearly is very knowledgeable on all the products and companies they deal with.

We needed to replace our Folding/sliding doors and decided to go for "Solarlux - they are the best" according to Spectrum's MD :-) after seeing them at a sales exhibition.
Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best!

Support and guidance given to not only myself but also excellent alignment and collaboration with my building company. I cannot thank Neil enough who really reassured me constantly throughout via progress updates and ‘check-ins’. Thanks also to Lone to ensure the plan (teams) were swiftly available as can be once the products arrived….oh and not forgetting Paul, for the excellent demonstration purposes of opening and closing (what now is) my front door. :-)

I cannot recommend spectrum windows highly enough. They were professional at every stage. The windows and doors look amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

I initially purchased the system in 2017 and for personal reasons the install was delayed until April 2024

The team were very understanding when I made contact again this year - the install team were with me for almost a week and made a complex detailed job appear very simple

Think this is the first review I have ever given - but would highly recommend
