Spectra IP is hosting SCAM websites and keeps them live, though they've been noticed of the scam.

Real bad hosting company if you keep scam website(s) alive.

If you value customer support and have any project of responsability where you can't afford downtime, look somewhere else ... Customer support is basically non existant, waiting 3 days for reply to a ticket, never seen anything like this even in third world hosting services .

I have everything what I need it.

1) Bad Service

They terminated my VPS for no reason, they told me it was unpaid when even if it is paid and it shows that it is paid in the invoices section.

2) Slow Support Team

They take weeks to reply to tickets & emails.
and when they do, they don't give an exact answer to your problem which makes me so mad because their next reply will come in weeks.

Edit: They even closed the ticket without solving anything.

So disappointed.

Lucas is a man of his word he get his job done and responsible guy, his service and support is excellent! Spectraip offer the best price performance! I would renew with them again, I had just signed up a 1 year 12 month contract and am very happy with the server is fast, reasonable price and very good responsive support from Lucas and team! 5 stars! SCAMMERS, don't trust this guys.
They take weeks to deliver a server and if you open a paypal dispute they say they haven't received the payment.
DON'T BUY anything from SpectraIP.

It took 4 days and 2 phone calls for SpectraIP to tell me the item I ordered was out of stock and that I needed to wait 5 more days. Business days are a thing of conventional business, something I don't expect from an dedicate server provider. So, if I've a problem on Friday, I only get help on Tuesday, after making several phone calls? Obviously not, and that's one more reason not to do business with SpectraIP .
You should have apologized instead of trying to justify the unjustifiable.

We have worked with multiple server providers before, and SpectraIP is the best DCMA ignore server! We hope SpectraIP will be the last stop for us!

Their services are excellent. However, sometimes the delivery takes a long time, but apart from that, they always help you when you ask for them.

Ik huur een dedicated server en enkele VPS servers van SpectraIP. Alles draait goed en snel en als er eens iets misgaat op serverniveau dan is er altijd hulp. Bedrijf denkt mee in oplossingen en is goed bereikbaar.

De diensten die ik afneem zijn unmanaged.
In het verleden vaak providers die, als er iets misgaat, eerst kijken waar de fout ligt, want dan volgens hen altijd bij de eindgebruiker ligt. SpectraIP daarentegen lost vrijwel direct in samenwerking het probleem op. Kortom TOP en een voorbeeld voor anderen.

Goede en goedkope hosting services. Zeker een aanrader.
