Sent half my order labelled parcel 1 of 1. No explanation, no reply to 4 emails over 8 days. Reported fraud to my bank and requested refund. These guys have gone to shit.

Twice my package got lost. Got sick of it not turning up and asked for a refund. I was refunded the same day.
Maybe they should be using a different freight company.

Quick resolution
During my research to find the most suitable Floor jack, I was surprised to find the exact device for a considerable price reduction using Sparesbox.
After receiving the product which was delivered in a timely manner, I noticed the load wheels where if fact out of round and loose on the axle.
I contacted Tina on the help line who was understanding, resolving the issue swiftly without fuss.
