I’ve just finished level 1 Spanish with Harriet. I was nervous to start learning as an adult but Harriet made the course so much fun. I’ve loved that I wasn’t just taught Spanish but also, writing, reading and culture. Will absolutely continue learning with the Spanish academy.

My daughter Dania often doesn't find it easy to work with tutors but she has found her experience with Harriet very warm, welcoming and helpful. She appreciates lessons and is finding them very helpful for the IGCSE Spanish exam.

I thoroughly enjoy learning Spanish with Harriet. The lessons are fun and well planned, there is lots of discussion and opportunities to ask questions . Lots of content and homework ( if you wish to do it) to reinforce the learning 😊. Absolutely recommend✔️

Level 5 over roll on level 6. Learning Spanish with Harriet has been a blast. Taught in a relaxed atmosphere with a mix of humour and seriousness. Learnt a lot I just hope I can remember it all and put it into practice.

I have just finished Level 1 pf the Spanish course. Harriet is a great teacher. The course is well organised and full of fun. I am looking forward to attend level 2 soon.

My child has been learning with Hattie for a few years and has truly benefited from her patience and expertise. We’ve seen a real boost in confidence and enjoyment of learning. My child even used the tips provided when on holiday in Spain! The only reason we’re pausing tuition is due to a busy after-school schedule, but we definitely hope to be back when it’s time for GCSE revision. Hattie provides high-quality tutoring that is worth every penny, and she makes learning an enjoyable experience. We couldn’t be happier, thank you!

I didn't know any Spanish but I am learning fast as Harriet is an excellent teacher working at a steady pace so no one gets left behind.

Decided to learn Spanish as we’re hoping to retire there and I’m so glad a did. Harriet is an amazing tutor. She is so patient with us older people and gives you so much encouragement all the time, even when we are unsure. I’m only in to my second week but absolutely loving it.

Hattie is a great teacher, she is very experienced and knowledgeable, she is also very patient and supportive with my teenage son.
From a parent point of view Hattie also communicates very well, providing feedback and updates on progress. Would highly recommend 👌

Harriet is a very good and patient tutor. Each lesson is reviewed and in a short time you have vocabulary that you can start to put together into meaningful sentences. I am enjoying the course, so much so that I have signed up for the next level. Harriet gives me the confidence to overcome my reticence to ‘have a go’.

Great class, thorough, very patient, no pressure, puts you at ease, would highly recommend.

My daughter enjoys Miss Harriett’s class very much which she is now more confident in class. She had Spanish lesson in her primary school from year 4-6, and she said what she learnt from Miss Harriet in a month was way more than what she learnt in the last 3 years.

And from a mom’s standpoint, I find Miss Harriett very supportive and patience (as I am a busy working mom which often missed WhatsApp).

Very well organised and an amazing standard of teaching. I've learnt more in sessions with her than I have in my A Level course.

I started learning Spanish with Harriet last September and am now on course number 4. I absolutely love each lesson, and look forward to the next. They are challenging (in a good way) and easy to follow. Harriet is a very patient teacher and extremely knowledgeable and also a very lovely person. I would recommend Harriet’s classes to all, you will be made to feel very welcome.

Contacted Harriet for some Spanish lessons for my daughters GCSE and she has been fab.She is very experienced and on task with good communication throughout,would definitely recommend.

If you’re wanting to learn a new language, either for holidays or something more serious, I 100% recommend Harriet. Her teaching style is friendly and supportive. Groups are small with a fun, relaxed atmosphere, where you can learn at your own pace without pressure.
Additional support and work you can do at home, should you wish, are also provided.
One to one sessions are offered for the more serious learner or for those who aren’t keen on a group setting. Though I’d highly recommend the groups even if you are not confident.
