Livraison dans les délais, s'ajuste parfaitement à mon spa jacuzzi j245.
La conception me semble très bien.

Very prompt and courteous customer service via chat and on the phone. Good recommendations. Product was satisfactory and delivered on time. Thank you!

We had “weird” measurements for our hot tub. The company called, and wanted to make sure everything was correct. They were pleasant to talk with. We just received our tub, and it’s perfect! Highly recommend this company!

Perfect fit!! Super awesome company to work with. I ordered the cover, it was shipped fast, AND a perfect fit. Great customer service!!!! :)

My hot tub cover was scheduled to be delivered on July 1, 2026. It was delivered Monday, June 29, 2026 yet I was out of town until late on June 29. Item required a signature, which was never provided.

Your web site reflects that items are Made in North America but my cover reflected made in Mexico.

The cover had no defects and the straps were position correctly per my image.

The Back and sides of the hot tub had notices that plates were there which eliminated trying to find them. It ensured the my Caldera Prolift III was properly attached.

The AquaTEX cover material is actually WeatherShield. Weathershield is widely preferred for harsh weather and snow, as its urethane backing offers 3x the strength of vinyl and weighs 25% less. Think this should have been noted during of the selection process.I live in an area with snow and freezing temperatures and this item fits my needs. The fabric is soft to the touch and waterproof. Time will tell if it weathers well.

Overall a good experience. A month from order to completion in my hands with no issues.

Vraiment satisfaisant

I still don't have my cover after 2 months

Still haven’t received it. Shipped on June 24th and the tracking number doesn’t work. Keep on getting told to be patient.

Right size, right color, very helpful on the phone!

Great experience really love the product. I feel confident if I should have a concern spamigo will address it and resolve the issue.

Never received my cover after two months.
They gave me my tracking number but can not track it since Jun 24th now Jul 8th.
I hope I did not get scammed after $900 later.

Taking way too long to receive and not getting any updates

Quelques snaps ne peuvent être clippés parce qu'ils sont décallés de quelques millimètres. Sinon, le produit est de bonne qualité.

It was a great experience and they were great and helping get the right size I needed. The cover is great for our hot tub.

The communication was very good. The product arrived and it fits and I'm pleased with it.

My experience with Spa Migo was beyond expectations, from my initial inquiries talking to two professionals that help me through my order, ensuring that the spa cover I was about to order was the best one for my spa and use. The service I received was better than what I received at Trévi and Club piscine at Gatineau. For equal quality, you beat their pricing by a good margin, The delivery was very close to the date I was given, so I was also very satisfied with the delivery. Your site the steps of my purchase is excellent. When the date of delivery was getting closer, I made a query by email to confirm delivery, and within a matter of hours I received a response, and another email informing me of the delivery. In conclusion, I am a very satisfied customer and I thank all involved in my purchase. Best regards, André in Bouchard.

Great quality, only complaint is the build time of 1 month.

I had a great experience with this company. The person I talked to about ordering my cover was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cover is exactly as he told me and it fits perfectly.
