This was my first time using Spacer, and it has been extremely disappointing. My first booking was declined twice for no reason. On my second booking, I received a message from the host saying the space had been double-booked, leaving me with nowhere to park again.
This entire experience has wasted my time and energy, severely disrupted my plans, and forced me to spend even more effort finding an alternative solution. Spacer provided no support, no protection, and no compensation whatsoever. None of this was my fault, yet I am the one who ended up suffering the consequences of their chaotic and poorly managed system.
I will never use Spacer again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Their management is disorganized, and when issues occur, renters are left to bear all the losses on their own.

The admin team (Sarah) has been very helpful in getting a refund for me from the host. SPACER followed up with the host regularly without my prompting to try and get the issue resolved as fast as possible.

I had a really good experience with spacer. I hired a unit that I thought would suit my requirements. I paid up front and then went to look at it. It didn't quite suit . I told this to the owner and said I was sorry but I couldn't use it. I emailed spacer and told them. Because there is a 24 hr cooling off period they refunded my money back. That to me makes Spacer a very trustworthy company and I would definitely recommend them for storing your goods. Thank you Spacer.
