Ordered over the weekend then right after found a discount code so ordered a second puffco. Woke up Monday to an email with tracking and then an email cancelling both orders. Called was told I was refunded and to place another order for 2 puffcos instead of the two separate orders and they'd ship out Wednesday. Seems kinda sketchy money wasn't back in my account yet so definitely not placing another order. If I actually do get a refund I might possibly try to order again because the price was good but buyer beware can't say for sure if I wasn't just scammed or not.

still getting calls and texts from a personal cell saying I need to call for my refund that supposedly had already happened and now getting texts saying I need to call about my order and still no refund. If I were you I'd spend the extra money and order from someone else.

I see they are trying to say my card is fraudulent that's funny after I got the refund 3 days later and replied to multiple texts and called them I gave them another chance and they cancelled the order again probably because they saw this review. I'd stay away from them. The debit card not credit card is in my name has my address I even sent them a picture of the online banking showing the refund hadn't came through at the time. As you can see from their reply saying I wouldn't respond and was using a stolen card they lie and have horrible business practices don't fall for their scams save yourself the headache and pay a few extra bucks to go through someone else. Absolutely the worst experience oh and the discount code that I saw after I had already placed the first order does not apply to both when order 2 it only gives you the 30 off of one of them. Which is fine because on my first order I didn't even use it I used it on the second order and it was the only reason I made a second order right after the first. I didn't place back to back orders with the same code like they are trying to say in their reply. And the name on this review is the same name that's on my supposed "stolen card"

Excellent! From order to delivery, these guys meant business! Placed the order on a Thursday night, was shipped next day, and arrived to my area on Monday. Usps messed up the delivery and delayed the shipment for 5 days. When I asked South Beach Vapes for help, they responded to my email quickly and immediately requested the package be tracked. I got it the very next day.

I was blown away by how quickly they got the item to me. I ordered this around 4:30pm on Friday and I had it at 9:30am Monday morning. Still trying to find a way to make the item more user-friendly, but still not getting much vapor with some flower blends, and I had to remove the filter to get a better draw with my weak lungs, but that has nothing to do with this vendor.
