Fantastic knowledge basis and quick support
I have recently been struggling with getting our Beogram 5500 Phono operational with the AMP that i have.
However after contacting Sounds heavenly, Steve was quick to respond with advice regarding the approach to ensure compatibility. Following his advice and purchasing via Sounds heavenly, I received the pre amp and cables quickly & even providing support to get it operational.
Just a fantastic and easy/no hassle service.

Thanks for outstanding service. Powered cable kit arrived promptly, securely packaged with clear instructions. Quality looks superb. Literally plug & play. Steve is knowledgeable, kindly and ready to discuss the nitty gritty of an installation. In my case, I was attempting to connect some older, good-looking B&O analogue Masterlink equipment (Beocenter 2) to a newer digital Netlink B&O Beovision 11 TV. Duh! Denmark central had their eyes set on sale of a new TV to me whereas I wanted to keep the older vibe and my bank balance intact. Steve suggested some solutions and, although I didn’t buy anything from him, it was a pleasure to discuss the issues.

Best customer service
Contacted B&O for support connection speakers to an old B&O stack system. They couldn’t help but pointed me in the direction of Sounds Heavenly. Steve talked me through what cables I needed which arrived very quickly and he also walked me through exactly what I needed to do. I now have an amazing system. Would highly recommend !

Replacement package sent ASAP
The original package got lost by the post office, but after a quick email, Steve sent me a pair of new replacement cables that came within a week, no additional charge! Great service and communication. Thanks Steve!

I do like music
I do like music. I like it a lot and have a very eclectic collection. But for nearly thirty years I have only played cd's. I have a B&O system which is twenty five years old but fantastic, sound as well as still looking ahead of it's time. I was recommended to contact Steve at 'Sounds Heavenly' so that I could connect a turntable and play vinyl. Steve, answered all my questions supplied a pre amp and a lead . It works perfectly! After years of being told that it was not possible I am now listening to REAL sound once again. Thank you Sounds Heavenly. Tony.

I'm no audio expert and required the advice and assistance of Steve to help me use a group of B&O speakers that I had inherited with non-B&O hardware.
He was extremely patient and he gave me all the support I needed and I'm now successfully using a wonderful audio system.
